Would give it no stars if I could. A regular check up is fine, but they will ALWAYS find a problem. I came here after Aspen Dental messed up my filling. They fixed it, but told me I needed another filling in a different tooth. I had to wait (for monetary reasons), but when I went for another cleaning, they told me that the first filling needed to be fixed, but no mention of second cavity at all. I went back six months later because my tooth hurt terribly. They told me the only way to save the tooth was a root canal and crown. I did not want that, but was told otherwise the tooth would have to be pulled. I could not get a price on that. They would only tell me that I need a root canal and crown and kept repeating it. I finally said ok because it hurt. They didnt explain anything else, just kept shoving papers at me. It took five appointments and over 2000 bucks to do this. They kept messing up how much to charge me and then arguing with me about it. After the final crown was on, they told me I had another 4 teeth to fix. When I said no, I wasnt getting that done, they kept telling me how I was going to regret it. Aside from all that, the people who work there are nice, but I had some issues there too. They kept dropping things IN my face or into my mouth. I almost choked on gauze. One person smelled so strongly of cigarette smoke that I kept coughing. Another kept resting her boobs on me. My kids liked going there at first because there are Nintendo DS to play with in the waiting room. But then my kids hated it because although I scheduled them to go at two different times so I could be with them (theyre 5 and 6 at the time), they took both my boys to separate rooms and wouldnt wait until one was done to do the other. They only needed cleanings, but it became a Terrible Ordeal for them because the hygienists didnt explain anything or speak much to them. My kids cried the whole way home.

If I could give zero stars that still wouldnt be low enough. It has been FIVE months and they still cant get my partial to fit. Apparently my case is "difficult". They have taken so many impressions and once again I went tonight and it still does not fit! And the dentist I see is going on maternity leave so I need to be switched to a different dentist. This will be the 3rd dentist I will have seen now. I learned that my first dentist was no longer there WHEN I GOT TO THE OFFICE THE MORNING OF MY SURGERY!The customer service is terrible and I feel as if Im just a number to them. I am 27 years old and I have to take my teeth out to eat which is so embarrassing when I am at a lunch meeting at work. I am a professional and the way I am being treated is barbaric. I do not understand how incompetent one office can be. The office blames the lab and the lab blames the office. While all long I am the one that has been suffering. Save yourselves the aggrevation and santity and go somewhere else where you will be treated with respect and keep your dignity.

This was my first time at the dentist in about 4 years. The entire staff was super friendly and helpful. Missy, did an amazing job in doing the deep clean on my teeth (and making sure I was comfortable) and taking the x-rays. She gave me great advice to get my dental health back up to par. The Dentist (I believe Dr. Willams, cant remember) was just as amazing, giving me advice on what I can expect with one of my bad teeth. And the woman who helped me schedule my appointments with Ortho/Perio also gave amazing advice on what to expect. I highly recommend going here!

I really consider myself lucky! Dr. Suzanne M. Ahnquist, DMD is the best! My experience with her and her hygienist, Daisi was above and beyond in exceeding my care .They are both thorough, knowlegable, and compassionate with their patients, This all means a lot to me. And I would recommend Smilebuilderz to anyone. Thank You both so very much for your outstanding care! Lisa Lachina

It was my daughters first time at the dentist they made her feel comfortable and they had fun names for all the equipment so that she wasnt scared. She is four so she is prone to asking a lot of questions to which the doctor and the dental hygienist would always answer for her. They gave her a goodie bag and a whole bunch of toys to take with her so overall I would say that she had a good first experience at the dentist and Im very happy that I selected them

After having a bad experience at the Smilebuilderz at a different location I was a bit skeptical going to any Smilebuilderz. But the ephrata location i had a completely different experience. The front receptionist was very nice and attentive. I was in there for emergency dental care so I expected a bit of a wait..the receptionist kept me posted on my status on wait time which i appreciated a lot. The dentist was able to help me, very clean office as well.

Went there cause I was in pain told them I know its getting abscessed made me fill out a lot of papers only one couple in lobby then told me theyll be able to see me when they get back from lunch in 45 minutes! Seriously? Its called Urgent Dental Care? Mind you I wasnt bleeding or had my teeth knocked out but all of them at lunch at once! What would happen if someone came in with their teeth knocked out & bleeding all over? We left obviously

Good service but seriously improve your times , We were scheduled to go at 2 different times but that apparently didnt happen because the smart-ass staff just wouldnt let it So one day my tooth hurt and I was told I would have go to the dentist to get it extracted if it didnt go away , So it did. I told my dad to cancel the appointment , He said that he couldnt unless we pay a massive fine which isnt what you do

Dr. Moon is one of the best I have ever been to. I needed to have a tooth extracted and had told her a week prior that I never has a tooth extracted. She remember that I said that and helped to calm my anxiety about the procedure. For any dentist that sees as many patients as she does to remember a conversation that happened a week before made me feel as though she really cared. I highly recommend!

Very clean and neat office (new). Ease and availability of getting an appointment. Friendly and courteous staff and dentist. Very pleased with the procedure (had filling replaced). However, it is a business and will never replace the personal touch of having a private practice dentist for 25 years. In all due respect, this was a new experience. In time I may feel the same about Smilebuilderz.
