It has been said, "They wont care how much you know until they know how much you care". Sincere care is an emboldened and underlined adjective in my vocabulary as I describe Dr. Berg and his staff. My wife and I have received our dental care from Dr. Richard M. Berg and his wonderfully caring staff since April of 2000. Without exception, every time we go for check-ups, or even heavy duty dental care, my wife and I agree that with the conversation and care we receive beyond the dental work, we always leave feeling like family. I have always taken great comfort in the fact that all of our visits have been marked with integrity and truth in Dr. Bergs explanations of our dental needs. I have not been disappointed once with all of the dental care he and his staff have provided us. He confers, consults, and works with a network of other local oral care specialists in order to provide his patients with the best possible overall oral health. I have also appreciated the fact that Dr. Berg understands our humble financial means. When he is able, he has offered different levels of care from which I could choose that has enabled me to move forward with suitable and satisfactory dental care which I could afford. I remain incredibly amazed and can truthfully say that in all of my dental needs, I have experienced very little to no pain at all with his method of anesthesia and dental work preparation. Dr. Berg and his engaging staff really do have a wonderfully caring way in providing top notch dental care.

Dr. Berg has been my dentist for many years. I drive 30 minutes to see him and it is well worth the trip. Not only is Dr.Bergs work exemplary, but I can count on being greeted with a big smile and a sincere question about my well-being. One of my criteria when I was choosing a dentist was his ability to give painless injections, and Dr. Berg is a master at this task. His concern, as well as that of his staff, is that the patient is always comfortable. In the considerable time I have spent with dentists over my lifetime, I have never found a dental practice in which everyone is unfailingly kind, genuinely considerate, and sincerely friendly - until I walked into Dr. Bergs office so many years ago. Dr. Berg offers the latest treatments and services, with ever-improving products and techniques. As technology advances, so does Dr. Berg. Because of my faith and trust in him, I unhesitatingly recommend Dr. Berg to my friends, family and clients. I will never have to look for another dentist again! Thank you Dr. Berg!

My family loves Dr. Berg! The office environment is always warm and inviting. The staff is friendly and professional and always makes us feel welcome! I have never felt pressured to have a procedure done. If we need dental work beyond the normal care, Dr. Berg is great about giving us our options and then being patient with us until we decide what we want to do. I trust his integrity and know that he would never suggest or pressure me into doing something I didnt feel comfortable with or ready to do. I love how at each visit, the hygienists clearly go over what/if my child is due to have done (xrays, sealants, fluoride). They always confirm to make sure this is ok with me before they do anything. The office staff is great about submitting to our insurance company and are great at communicating if there are any issues with our insurance. I am so pleased with Dr. Berg and his staff and recommend him to anyone I know that is looking for dental care!

I have been going to Dr. Bergs dental office in Lititz for nearly 15 years. I no longer have any anxiety before my dental visits, because he and his staff always do everything they possibly can to make their patients feel relaxed and at ease. His office environment is fun and staff are warm & friendly. He is wonderful with my children, and takes time to make all his patients feel comfortable while he explains procedures. He has an amazing technique for administering injections that are completely painless. I once had an emergency tooth crack in evening time, and called Dr. Bergs office after 7pm. He happened to be in the office after hours, and kindly offered to have me come in to evaluate the crack, and to file down sharp edges. Im so lucky to have a wonderful family dentist so close to home, that offers extraordinary customer service, and genuinely cares for me and my entire family.

Dr. Berg has the best "bedside manner". He has managed to make my husband and step-daughter (who have always hated going to the dentist) feel comfortable and actually not mind going to the dentist. :) He is truly a no-pain dentist who also ensures that you know what your options are, why he suggests what he does, and what costs may be involved. He is honest and trustworthy. I had been going to his office since for 10 years when I moved to an area approximately 2 hours from his office and my family and I still use Dr. Berg...hes that good! (And all of the ladies in his office are friendly and knowledgable. The dental hygienists are excellent at what they do!) Thank you for taking such good care of me and my family!

If you want a skilled, caring, and very sensitive dentist, Dr. Berg is who I recommend. He and his staff make you feel welcomed right away and make it evident that they are there to serve you and your dental needs. I had come in with a broken tooth and after repairing it, Dr. Berg took time to explain what he had done and even further explained the relationship of how our jaw, muscles and teeth work together. He is constantly learning and continuing his education to be the very best dentist he can be and also sees that his staff furthers their education through workshops that are offered to those who work in the field of dentistry. I am thankful that our family has a dentist like Dr. Berg serving them.

My husband & I have known Dr. Berg since we moved here over 20 years ago and started using him as our family dentist. He has done an excellent job keeping our familys dental health in tip-top shape. He has a modern office with the latest technology and equipment pertinent to his line of work, as well as a competent, caring staff. Dr. Berg has networked with other professionals for the times when hes out of the office or when the patient has dental issues that are beyond his expertise. Through his work and his church, Dr. Berg also gives back to the local and global community in various philanthropic avenues. Anyone would be serving his/her family well by making Richard M. Berg his/her family dentist!

Dr. Berg is one of the finest men around. As a Dentist he is equally skilled. Our family has been with Dr. Berg for over 20 years and we enjoy going back to see him. His entire team is very well qualified and give the best service that one could expect. They are funny and witty and very professional. Dr. Berg makes great decisions but ultimately leaves the final decision to you. I needed braces and he suggested 4 or 5 different places I could go and then I made the final decision. If you are looking for a dentist and team that has great chair side manner and are fun to be around this is the place to go.
