I am proud to call Dr. Sonya Thomas-Webb my dentist. She has been the dentist for our family for more than 15 years. My soon to be 7 year old grand-daughter has also been treated by her. She even calls her Dr. Sonya. Over the years Dr. Webb has performed state of the art crown work for me and even recommended me to a wonderful orthodontist for braces. She is a dentist that not only hears what you say but also listens to how your dental concerns affects your outward appearance and feeling of confidence. Having said that, I am an adult who was able to resolve the imperfection of my smile and improve my over-all personal appearance. She is progressive in her profession as noted by her on-going continuing education attendance. She not only updates her "impeccable" denistry skills, she also includes her essential staff to attend national and local administrative and clinical presentations and clinical workshops. Dr. Webb is currently completing an M.B.A. degree focused in Denistry Clinical and Administrative Applications to provide the best possible care for her patient. A few months ago I suffered a serious and traumatic fall where I fell on my face and required immediate transport to Chesapeake General Hospital. I was taken to the emergency department where I was triaged to see a physician. Due to the seriousness of my injury, the physicians informed me I would need the care of an oral surgeon. I immediately contacted Dr. Webbs office. She called me back immediately. Did I mention this was early Sunday morning when she was in church. Next thing I knew, Dr. Webb was standing in the emergency room right out of church to assist me. The emergency room physicians were impressed. As for me, I was grateful. I also knew I had the "best" dentist anymore could ask for. She drove me to her office in her vehicle, removed the debris from my mouth, took panoramic pictures of my injuries and immediately e-mailed them to a wonderful oral surgeon who promptly performed surgery on me. I am eternally grateful to Dr. Webb and recommend her to everyone I know. She is skilled, competent and her office visits are affordable. Her staff are well trained and I always feel welcomed. Thank you Dr. Webb from my family and me for all you do keep us smiling. Keep up the good work! We need you.

Like all normal people, at least on what I understand as normal, Im not particularly excited about going to a dentist. However it was a long time ago I didnt go to check my teeth (which made me even more afraid ...), so I needed it. I ended up going to this place and I have to say, I am totally surprised on how good the visit was. They are very professional, kind and caring from the very beginning. I felt almost like being home. The doctor and their staff are all very kind and you feel they know very well what they do. The doctor is very professional and to the point, I didnt need to explain much. The cleaning of my teeth, which I was afraid would be a challenging experience given the very long time I didnt do it, was pretty amazing. That girl have magic hands and an amazing sense of managing sensibilities. I dont regret the decision to visit them. Rather Im happy I did, and I will continue doing more procedures and coming to next checks when ever it is possible for me. Going to the dentist can turn to be a nice experience.

Dr. Webb is the best! I have always dreaded going to a dentist but she is so kind, friendly and gentle that one forgets their fear. She and her staff are always so helpful, friendly and anxious to please. I have gone to her for many years. We moved to Florida about a year and a half ago and I still go back to Chesapeake to have my cleaning, etc. done. I love the fact that you feel that you know her personally, as a friend and not just the dentist. Their office has the feel of being totally professional but at the same time it feels so personal and one is always at ease and comfortable there. If anyone is looking for a dentist who has compassion, thoughtfulness and truly cares about you, look no further because there is no one anywhere better than Dr. Webb.

A top-notch, highly skilled dentist, expertise in the practice of both general and cosmetic dentistry is matched by the personable, professional manner of both the doctor herself and her staff. Sensitive to the particular needs of each patient, she goes a long way toward ensuring that you will leave her office not only satisfied with the results.The atmosphere is so relaxed (Sooooo professional) it is impossible not to feel good. The staff are very professional and so knowledgeable, and work well together. You feel as if you are visiting friends. I refer everyone to them.I was comfortable with the procedure being done, I left feeling that my oral health was a priority and that I was well taken care of. Thanks

May 2016- Dr. Sonya Thomas-Webb and her team are truly amazing and I highly recommend them! They are professional, friendly and they provide amazing service! They all go above and beyond when they take care of you!! I will miss them all so much when we move and I wish I could take them all with me:( Thank you TEAM THOMAS-WEBB!! You all rock! 8/1/16- my daughter and I had our teeth cleaned today and as always Dr. Webb and her staff were exceptional. We are moving out of the area and we will greatly miss all of them. Thank you so much to all of you for everything youve done for us!!

0 stars! This woman (DR. Sonya Thomas-Webb) was the rudest dentist I have ever seen. As a matter of fact she was the rudest person Ive ever experienced in the entire healthcare field. She talked down to me. She was verbally attacking me for not having the means to see a dentist in years prior. She asked what I wanted to do before even giving me any information as to what she had found on X-rays. I do not recommend this lady to anyone. Unless being talked to like an idiot is fun for you.

No one else can touch my teeth but Dr. Webb. Dr. Web and her staff are amazing. The office is always clean, the ladies (all of them) are always helpful and friendly. They do amaking work and are not only understanding but compationate. Ive been scared of dentist for 15 years, but Im not scared to come here. Being a military family and moving a lot, I will cry when I have to leave this office. If I could take them with me, I would in a heartbeat. Thank you for all youve done for my family.

This dentist office was the worst. First of all i went there after i was scammed from another dentist office. second i payed all of my portion on the day of visit then i get a letter saying i owe them $300 5months later and of course i dont have a receipt from 5 months ago. Then on top of all that i go to a different dentist office and all the work sonya said i needed was a lie. People be aware of this frauding dentist facility

Dr. Sonya Webb is considerate, empathetic, trustworthy, and does everything to make any procedure, comfortable and pain-free. Anyone who may fear dentists (like I used to) will feel at ease with Dr Webb and her wonderful staff. I no longer dread or fear dental visits thanks to the professionalism and welcoming, friendly, caring atmosphere that Dr. Webb has created.
