I just moved to Ephrata a few weeks from Indiana and had a strange lump on my gums that I wanted to get checked out. I called Family Dentistry of Ephrata, explained my situation and was offered appointment in the next 15 minutes. I was more than an hour so I had to take a later appointment, but they made sure to accommodate my schedule. Once I arrived and filled out the usual new patient information I was taken back to be examined and have a couple of X-rays. Dr. Clam explained the growth is called tori and nothing to be concerned about. I was in and out with paperwork, examine, X-rays and explanation in less than 20 minutes. In addition to the quick service, everyone was extremely friendly. I made an appointment to come back to have my teeth cleaned and will make them my regular dentist.

I had a cavity resurface after the filling fell out some months ago. I had also recently undergone major surgery. I called Family Dentistry of Ephrata on a Tuesday afternoon and they were able to see me on Thursday afternoon. They called my surgeon to make sure that I could have the procedure done. The staff was EXCELLENT and very customer service oriented. I am currently in a wheelchair and need a walker to get from the wheelchair to a regular chair. The staff was again excellent at accommodating me. Dr. Klayum was very good at explaining everything and was great at doing the work. As was her staff. The office was clean, bright and nicely laid out. I will be recommending them to friends and family.
