If zero stars were an option, thats what I would choose. Terrible service and establishment. Time to retire Dr. Scheidler!!!! Mistake after mistake with all 3 of my family members that USED to go to this office. Removing wrong mole...check! Forgetting to finish suture...check! Walking out of the room and making the assistant suture a patient...check! Forgetting to document where a mole was removed, and then coming back for follow up appointment and them checking wrong part of the body...check! Dr. Scheidler messed up on my wife, admitted to the mistake her after the procedure, still charged her, then tried to give her free coupons to the Cosmetology Department to make up for the mistake, then scheduled an appointment for the SAME EXACT PROCEDURE and wanted to charge us again for the procedure that should of been done right the first time. Really??? Run away! Plenty of other options out there.

Office seems to have it together. Then BAM you show up and wait 22 mins past your appt. time while they take back 4 people who arrived after you. Also you are only booked for 5 mins and they tell you give some time and come back well of course why not get a $45 co pay plus heaven only knows what else you charge my insurance. Fancy office guess someone has to pay for that ! $45 x12 $540 a hour minimum. STAY AWAY.

I have gone here for years under Dr. Scheidler but the new management is completely rude and incompetent. They charged me a "new patient fee" with no mention after I have been a patient for over 3 years. I ended up with a bill of nearly $300 for someone to do a 5min consultation! Ridiculous. Go to Dr. Winslow!

Have been going to Shideler for a few years and have become fed up with the ridiculous wait times. Not once have I had to wait less than 40 minutes past my appt time to see a doctor. There are few dermatologists in this area but i plan to find another one.

I really did love this place, but new management company has jacked up almost every aesthetic service we use over 30% overnight. HUGE increase. Yeah, we will be taking our money elsewhere now and its a shame because Nate and Natalie are fantastic.
