I was a patient of Dr. Rosen not Dr. Dworken, I have to say that Dr. Rosen ruined my teeth and I gave him thousands of dollars to do it. I was a 15 year patient of his and one day I went to have work done after I had moved from Marlton to Philadelphia and I was told that every tooth in my mouth that had work done on was still bad. Not accepting this I went to another dentist who confirmed that my root canals were not fully cleaned out. I did not want to believe this so I went to a dentist just to take ex-rays and evaluate me. He confirmed that my teeth were in terrible shape and each one had decay where the work was done. I paid Dr. Rosen thousands of dollars out of pocket to have a nice smile and he totally ruined me. Every cap, every tooth he worked on has fallen apart and decayed. He gave me nitrus oxcide because I asked for it, however I did not know at the time time of what a terrible job he did! Shame on you Dr. Rosen!!! You destroyed my teeth and now my smile is disgusting because of you!!! You are an awful dentist and I hope no one else goes through what I did. Also, when you do a root canal it does not last thirty minutes and then its over, I found that out the hard way. Terrible!!

Let me begin by saying, I am a military son. That being said, governmental dentistry sometimes has its issues. If there was such a thong as PTSD from going to the dentist, I have it! I had nightmares about going to the dentist as a child! I LOVE going to see Doctor Rosen and his staff! I have never received better, kinder, sensative treatment in my life! They are so friendly, so amazing... and most importantly, so competent! Nobody looks forward to going to the dentist... At least now, I dont mind going! Thanks, Doctor Rosen!!!!

charged 4x what was quoted. then couldnt provide an itemized receipt saying the "printer wasnt working". Also didnt give promised senior discount saying they "forgot" and would mail it. Three emails and 2 phone calls later, took over FIVE weeks to get the refund. MORE than 2 months later, still do not have itemized receipt stating what work they actually did that cost so much. place smacks of bait and switch.
