I brought my 8 year old son for his bi-annual cleaning and I was greeted by Kelly and Jenny at the front desk. Jenny asked my son all about what he wants for Christmas and more. She made him feel comfortable right away. Kelly and Jenny were enthusiastic and very friendly with our family. The new office is clean and very modern. The waiting room has several toys and books. During my sons cleaning we were happy to see Kris who cleaned his teeth and updated us on his dental hygiene. Dr. Tremblay also spoke to me at length about some concerns I have for the future in terms of orthodontics. She gave me contact information on a couple orthodontists in the area. She also took the time today to do sealants so we wouldnt have to come back in a few weeks. We couldnt be happier with Northampton Pediatric Dentistry and we are very happy that there is an office now in Amherst which is closer to our home.

My daughter Lidia always dreaded going to her previous dentist. I decided she needed a change, so I called Northampton Pediatric Dentistry and found out the accepted our insurance. Lidia and I are overjoyed that we switched!! Everybody at the Amherst office is so very welcoming and personable. Sarah is Lidias favorite hygienist and makes sure I book all of her appointments accordingly.!! Lidia has been made to feel comfortable and cared for at Northampton Pediatric Dentistry! Thank you

I went with my daughter for the first time a couple months ago. The location is pretty convenient for us. I had the options to fill all forms and email them so I saved a lot of time. Because of that we were seen soon. They were really kind and nice with my daughter since she was a little afraid about going to the dentist. Everything was fine and we schedule our next appointment there. Highly recommended!.

We switched to Northampton Pediatric Dentistry a little over a year ago, I am so thankful we did, we have had an amazing experience with them, from the minute you walk in and are greeted by their friendly reception staff, to the kids being sat in their chairs to the time you walk out the doors. Everyone makes you feel so welcome and really help make going to the dentist and enjoyable experience.

Dr. Yang and staff were amazing. My 9 year old had extreme anxiety about getting 2 fillings and the novicane. Jan eased all his fears and talked to him and explained everything. Using gas, he didnt even know he got the shot. I was thoroughly impressed and very satisfied. Even my 7 year old loved her first visit last week at a teeth cleaning and meeting Dr. Yang.

We have had nothing but a wonderful experience. My son gets anxious and they handle him very well. They stop if he gets too fussy and let him breath to make sure his asthma doesnt act up. They ladies at reception are a pleasure to talk to on the phone or in the office
