First of all I wish I was given the option to give this place a -5 star rating instead of 1 star. I am not one to ever complain about crappy service but I felt very compelled to voice my opinion on my over all experience with this dentist. I have extreme anxiety and had told the girl at the front desk before even making my appointment that I had it so bad that I had literally vomited in the past due to it. I was told to not worry about it that this dentist was completely understanding and compassionate when it comes to people with my fear. So cool Im happy so I go in get the x-rays I need 3 root canals. I go get one done and come back to my dentist for the crown. Thats where my problems with him start. Im freaking out and instead of being patient with me he gets hateful, rude and short with me making flippant remarks and making the over all experience horrible. I left very dissatisfied with the way I was treated but I give him the benefit of the doubt and contact him today because one of the teeth that were scheduled for a root canal broke in half and Im in excruciating pain. Im told he wont work on me due to my anxiety and refers me to an oral surgeon (which btw the waiting list is like a mos long). When asked why would he refuse to work on someone and let them be in horrible pain for a month instead of trying to be patient with them, I am unable to get a satisfactory answer. Guess Ill be looking for a new dentist ASAP and if you have anxiety when it comes to dentists Id keep looking, pass this place right by. For that matter if you are looking for an understanding dentist Id keep looking as well.

Please, if you value your teeth and would like to keep them, do not go to this dentist!!! I used to use this dentist when I had Medicaid. The two major dentists at this location are a man and his wife. These people have completely DESTROYED my entire mouth and Im only 23 years old. He have me HEPATITIS C!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! When taking out ALL 4 OF MY WISDOM TEETH IN 1 DAY, he broke one of my molars and I had to get a root canal and a crown on that molar. Then, after I stopped seeing them, he personally called me at home to tell me that the insurance had approved a second root canal. He wanted to do another root canal because my filling was very large. Well, that was 4 years ago and I have never needed to get a root canal again. Also, they told me that I had a cavity in every single molar and used a silver filling in each one. Well, guess what? only about 3 of them were actually cavities. When I went back to my previous dentist, he almost cried when he saw what these people did to my mouth. These people are purely money-driven. DO NOT GO TO THESE DENTISTS!!! I am now 23 years old and will have to deal with the Hepatitis C and the damage done to my teeth for the rest of my life. NO ONE should EVER have to endure what I have experienced with these dentists. Please stay away! And do not send your children to them!!!!!!!!

Was treated with courtesy and kindness from the start. The front desk receptionist is very professional and accommodating. I had to get alot of dental work done and the staff at Fox Meadow walked me through every step of the process with full explanation of the procedures including recovery time and how my mouth should feel each step of the way. There time frames are accurate for recovery and each step of the process is explained thoroughly. They treat ALL patients with the same respect and offer individualized attention because each patient is different and has different needs. They will only "work on you" if your comfortable with the procedure. the staff is not pushy and make a good effort understanding everyones concerns with "dental work ". Prior to going to Fox Meadow i thought dentist are unconcerned with patient concerns and focused on the bottom line, however thats not the case here its more like patient first. Furthermore my son is also a client and has zero complaints. I have recommended Fox Meadow to coworkers and customers who are aware I had some dental procedures and constantly ask " who did your teeth? ,they look great. Fox Meadow Dental in Marlton.

The couple that operate this dental office are no doubt the gentlest, most comforting people who have ever worked on my teeth! Going to the dentist used to be a harrowing experience for me and because of this, i steered clear and didnt seek the help i needed and all of a sudden i was having all kinds of problems that could have been prevented but forced me back to the dentists chair! Luckily I was referred to Fox Meadow during a dental emergency. Now I dont ever want to change dentists! They dont waste time, my first visit they got me in right away- no month long wait for being a new patient like other places I tried and they were willing to work out a plan to enable me to pay for cosmetic services not covered by my insurance. They gave me hope, confidence, and a toothy smile back! Even the way they speak is very soothing to me and I have always been a nervous person. My sister has been going here for years as well and is very happy with them also. Receptionist is excellent too and always empathetic, caring, and helpful.

These dentists (and their entire staff) are the nicest people around. They are so caring, so honest and amazing at what they do. I am the biggest dental phobic and after going to them, I will NEVER go anywhere else! Every person I know who goes there even once, never wants to leave. They never force any treatment on you. I’ve even see them do extra work at no charge- furthest from being “money driven.” I know for a fact they do charity work and see Medicaid patients… so obviously not for the money! They are absolutely the best! FYI Hepatitis C is caused by alcoholism, Irina, not by dental work!! So stop blaming others for what was probably you never taking care of your own mouth for years, causing all your dental rot.

I love this husband and wife team. I started seeing them 4 years ago when I was 23 and in my 3 trimester of pregnancy and I went to the dentist because the pregnancy was reaking havoc on my teeth and calcium. They were gentle and cooperate together. Customer Service and patience was outstanding. In addition, I have a low tolerence for pain, so whent the husband administered the anestetic and did my extractions, I was surprised at how painless it was. I referres a friend and two family members to them since they have moved from maple shade and they have stuck with them since. I would recommend them to anyone, Its been years since my last filling, and no issues yet.

The worst dentist Ive ever encountered in my life. I would give 0/5 if I could. They took out my sisters teeth without proper explanation. When we called the office to get explanation and medical record, he wanted to charge 75 dollar for the record. I told him about NJ law not allowing doctors to charge that much for medical record release. He then asked 25 dollars. It is only when I told him that NJ law does not allow doctors to charge more than $1 dollar per page he gave up and asked for $5. The dentist was one of the worst person to talk to and he hung up on me multiple times while Im talking calmly. Please do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
