Absolutely awful. I had my wisdom teeth pulled in June of 2016. I was asked to pay a fairly large copay that day, and I did. Four days later, they said miscalculated, and said I still owed over $100. Again I paid. According to them, at the time of that visit, my doctor was in the process of purchasing the business, and paper work was messed up. That resulted in the insurance check being in my name. For nearly a year I was harassed for this check, by the dentist office. A check that should have never had anything to do with me since I paid what I owed, or so I thought. I FINALLY received the check from the insurance company and handed it to the dentist office yesterday. Today, I received an email from them saying I STILL owe money for something I paid for, twice in June/2016. When I questioned them, they said, well we dont really know how much we can charge until we get that check. So how did they charge me, when they did? Not only that, if they didnt know how much to charge, how could they have called me days later, asking for more funds. Why wouldnt they have communicated with the insurance company to get the true amount? At this point l, I think it has escalated to a legal matter. My experience with them was awful, in so many ways. I dont understand how they can charge me three different times, for one procedure, but never know how much to truly charge. When I handed them the check they said that was it, I was all set. They never mentioned this third charge. The called me non stop for nearly a year for their check, but sent me an email saying I still owe money, once they get the check. Extremely unprofessional. Youre better off going elsewhere.

My children and I have been going here for a few years now. Both Drs. Asad and Zaki Sadiq provide excellent service. Weve had cleanings, fillings, root canals here, but what prompted me to write a review after all these years is my wisdom teeth extraction experience this week. I had my doubts when Dr. Z Sadiq promised to take out my (unimpacted) wisdom teeth in less than 3 mins each (considering all the unanimous wisdom teeth removal horror stories online); however, the extractions did indeed take 3 minutes or less (with majority of my 1/2 hr appointment time taken up by anesthesia to kick in). He took care of prescribing the proper pain killers and the staff provided very good care instructions; I was able to drive myself home. As a single mom who cant afford any downtime and has to be up and running for my two children, I really needed the procedure to be precise (no false promises), pain free and with quick recovery. Dr. Z Sadiq exceeded my expectations at all levels. Dont waste your time/money with oral surgeons (specially if your wisdom teeth are unimpacted)... I highly recommend this practice and their extremely professional service.

Words can not express my sincere gratitude to Dr. Sadiq and Pleasant Valley Family Dentistry! This past Christmas Eve I was experiencing some discomfort with a recent implant and Christmas morning decided to call the emergency number (not expecting anyone to answer), but instead to leave a message for someone to call me when the office reopened. To my surprise, someone answered on the first ring! Someone spoke to me, gave me piece of mind, and assured me that someone would be at the office the next morning (even though the office was closed) to resolve my issue. Dr. Sadiq and a member of his team came in just for me! He was patient, understanding and professional! Im so thankful that I chose this "family" dental practice! From the front desk to the overall care you receive, youre always taken care of. I had a root canal done by Dr Z Sadiq, and as nervous I was going into it, I had NO PAIN during or after the procedure. Dr Z Sadiq was nice enough to even give me his personal phone number in the case of an emergency. I couldnt believe how they went above and beyond for me. Dr Sadiq explained the procedure to me and answered any questions I had as a nervous patient. Incredible staff and hygienists as well, I know bring my entire family here. They are amazing with children also, HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

I recently switched dental practices after a poor experience at my previous one. A co-worker recommended Pleasant Valley Dentistry so I decided to give it a try. Best decision I could have made. I have never had that pleasant of experience at the dentist. From the time I walked in the door until the time I left, the staff was so pleasant and knowledgeable. Dr. Sadiq was very professional, and made the entire experience very comfortable. I would absolutely recommend Pleasant Valley to anyone, and am already working on the rest of my family to make the switch.

I recently became a patient of Dr. Sadiq after my long term dentist retired, and I could not be happier! Every time I have an appointment I am taken almost immediatly. The staff is friendly and accommodating, and they dont make you fill out volumes of paperwork during every visit like some doctors officers. Dr. Sadiq is very professional and I have never had one problem with any of my teeth that he has worked on. I recommend the practice to everyone I know who is looking for dental work, and two family members have already come to Dr. Sadiq.

Excellent practice!! The staff is very friendly and helpful! I went in for a root canal and the procedure was easy and painless! I have even made emergency appointments before and the office is always accommodating. The dentist makes sure to take his time and ensures all his patients are comfortable and taken care of, I highly recommend for any type of dental work!

Everyone in this office is so nice and goes above and beyond! Update: I took my kids back to get some fillings done. They were very nervous that the numbing needle would hurt. However, the dentist numbed the area so well prior to giving them the numbing needle that they didnt even realize the needle was given. Thank you so much for making my kids feel at ease.

Dr. Zaki Sadiq did an excellent job taking care of my root canal and wisdom teeth extractions. Very gentle and talks you through the entire procedure to make you feel at ease ( helps when you usually are scared of going to the dentist) Very considerate and helpful post operation as well with providing guidelines and answering any concerns. Highly recommend!

Dr.Sadiq was really nice they explain everything and tell you before hand what will be done and how much it will cost. I was really scared but he allowed me to sit through one and watch and made me feel so much more comfortable about getting the root canal done. Awesome friendly family place i think i found my new Dentist office.
