In February 2012, I slipped on ice & put both arms & hands through my storm door. The location of this site made for a very swift trip to arrive. Upon entering the facility, the receptionist immediately came to help & alerted the nurses & physician. The waiting area had people waiting to be seen. Im sure they realized from my bloodied wrapped towels I needed to be seen ahead of anyone & I greatly appreciated their understanding. I was taken directly in for care, seen & evaluated. Unfortunately, my injuries were too severe to be treated here & the physician feared more extensive damage requiring a specialist. The staff contacted Christiana ER, cleaned & bandaged my wounds & off I went. Little did I know, they had given all my information to the ER prior to my arrival & I was met by waiting staff & physicians. I found this phenomenal that they had contacted the ER & everything I needed was prepped & ready. They get 5 Stars from me for being kind & caring, tending to me so professionally in my emergent situation. Had I not received the immediate care they provided, my chances of even more damage would have been threefold. I can never thank everybody enough.

Completely unprofessional, nurses were rude, between rolling theres eyes or shrugging and make the sound of ugh, when I didnt have a exact answer for them, when asked questions, like when was your last check up? They were closing at 8 p.m , I arrived at 7 p.m, was seen by 8 p.m. By Rachael Ollivierre-agard, MD. She literally walked in the room, said you have a bad cough and a sore throat, I said yes I had bronchitis before I feel like this is what it is but my throats also sore. She actually said you smoke cigarettes, you have bronchitis because you smoke cigarettes, your coughing because you have bronchitis, your throats sore because your coughing. Said I will prescribe you a couple things you can pick your paperwork at the front desk. Walked out the room without informing me what she was prescribing, never even examined me, not once was I asked to open my mouth to be examined. Nothing was done to actually tell me what I was sick with. I will never go back there, I will never recommend them, anytime a medical aid unit is brought up. I will make sure to let the person know to avoid this place at all cost. If I could rate lower I would.

Walked into Med Express on DuPont Hwy at 7:50 and I was greeted by one of the ladies behind the desk with "Oh my God. I want to go home tonight." I am sorry that my illness was an inconvenience for her. My boyfriend came in after parking the car and the same technician stated "oh look another one " I politely informed her that hes with me. One technician almost forgot to take my temperature. The 2nd technician reminded her. I came in because I was having some slight breathing issues and was coughing uncontrollably. I was diagnosed with bronchitis. I later found out that another patient was trying to be seen at 8:10 they sent a nurse to the door and they began to argue with the lady at the door and advised her to a nurse. I will never come back here again. Perhaps the Bear center is more professional. As much as I detest sitting in a Christiana Hospital, they at least treat you as a human being with feelings. As angry as I am, I hope they never receive a greeting from a health care professional as I did from them. I was appauled to see health care professionals treat patients that way.

The Dr. Sunday Evening was obviously up set i came in 30 min before they were closing. They obviously do not keep there records in order because she told me I never told them I am mentally disabled. When i told them the last two times. She attact me as a person, because I recently was incarcerated and do not have, a DR. Appointment as fast as she thinks i could have gotten one. She acted like i was pill seeking when i needed Zantact for acid refux and gas medicine, Neither one is controlled or gets you high, if you dont know, It made me feel really uncomforatable and degrated. I stopped getting high months ago. So i went Walgreens and bought the same medicine over the counter only it cost 3 times as much with out insurance. Thanks for charging me for the visit as well. And thanks for the advice "dont eat for two days." Should I relapse While I am At It?

EPIC DESIGN ONE ORIGIN

Surprisingly after I was treated I was told to wait for discharge papers. I stood there for 5 minutes, looking at an empty front office. They did not provide me the papers, something about the printer???? The told me they would called me about the results, if they were positive. I checked my call log and voicemail. No call from them but they sent out a letter saying they could not get in touch with me. The person who I spoke with, on the phone had my correct number when she recited it back to me. I hope they have my lab work and discharge papers because I need them. Hopefully the front desk wont disappear when I Go back to pick them up.

My fiancée came in for the first visit. Was ok. Her condition worsened two days later. No bedside manner whatsoever. Conducted two tests that came back negative and refused to provide other tests to find out what the problem was. And the best part...NO X-RAY TECH. They didnt have anybody to conduct that. Isnt that illegal?????? Im no doctor, nor am I a nurse. I used my brain and we went somewhere else. I spent $500 on two visits which could of been used for Xmas presents. 12/19: of course, I dont get any response from this location. Im not surprised that they show any care toward the well-being of people

Was feeling terrible in walk in before 9am and was the 2nd person waiting. My allergies were being bad and I was evaluated by Nurse Practitioner Long. She did a quick but efficient check up. I was pleased. Upon walking out the room Im greeted by my medical doctor I met 2 years ago at Saint Francis Hospital. She scolded me about my blood pressure not being controlled. A few cheese curls made my blood pressure higher than it ever been. Explained this to her and promised myself to take better care of my health. Thank you, Rachael Ollivierre Agard MD. for caring about my well being and Nurse Practitioner Long.

The receptionists were terribly rude, especially Isabelle who was checking me in. There was a problem with my insurance card, I didnt have the most recent one. No help was offered in trying to get my information correct. Finally I got fed up and left. She just handed me my ID back, no "have a good day" or "sorry we couldnt help you". Now I have to wait to schedule an appointment with my family doctor to see if I have strep throat or not. Sorry that having a patient to take care of is such a chore for you. Perhaps you should consider another line of work.

If you call in they tell you there is no line to get you in the door. When you ask for aprox wait time they tell you they cant give that information because they are walk in only. I called and they told me there was no wait. I took a 1 minute drive from across the street and "all of a sudden they have a line with a 2 hour wait" scumbags.
