04/24/15 To whom it may concern hopefully Geisinger HR. On 04/23/16 I went to the Giesinger hospital to be treated for my back and loosing fissio and having, excruciating pain in the right side of my eye I’ve seen multiple eye doctors and they can’t find n out what has been the issue. I also was check out from a car accident that hurt my back. The pain was unbearable waiting. And on top of that the dint give me any proscription to help. So I’m still in pain. I waited till 1:53 pm till 3.45 pm to even been seen. I explain to Jacqueline the nurse positioner that the eye specialist said if the pain worsened to go to there and have a Mir done.. I would like to make a complaint about Jacqueline Dempsey because she refused the Mir to look and see what may actually be going on with my eye. Witch still is getting worse. She got very nasty with me and was rude I do not do well with this. Later on As she was going over my records not only did I hear her call me a pill popper but she said I was basically paranoid and it was all in my head. If I have special instruction stating that there is something wrong with me I expect you to do something about it this is very serious and not something to take lightly.. I was in a car accident a few months ago and have really bad pain. They sent me for a cat scan but that will only look for bleeding and tumors not the frontier lobe of your brain, where your eyes are related.. They told me by 8:pm that I would receive the Mir. Then two nurses approaching me basically laughed in my face. And told me if I wanted it I had to wait two more hours, because the machine was broken. This hospital did not give me a bedroom they placed me in front of the nurses station on a bed. And did not care to help me. The patients need to come first and if something is really wrong with my eye. And something bad happens because they where in no need to care about my condition and me. I will be filling a huge complaint towards the hospital. I do not appreciate the way I was treated. And that nurse practitioner Jacqueline Dempsey was out of line. I told her what I needed what my doctor expressed to me to have done and in refusal with a nasty attitude she made sure i did not get what was needed to be done.. My insurance is through Geisinger and I will be dropping my plan and going to someone who cares about his or her patients. Sincerely Angel Lynn Delucia

If you hate waiting just dont come here. If you come here for coughing, doctors dont come to you untill at least 12 hours of waiting. Finally youre check up begins and to finish 2 mins of work worth would take them plus 5 hours. You come here with cough you go back with cold. There are more hospitals near you should go to but not this one for god sake.

My friend has been here seens 1 am come by EMS n its now 431am n there is NOT A DOCTOR IN THIS HOLE HOSPITAL TILL 6 AM THIS IS B.S. THEY NEED TO HAVE ONE ON HAND AT ALL TIMES !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The personal attention they gave me was unsurpassed. I never received that kind of care at any hospital. They were incredibly busy, but managed everything perfectly. Highly recommend!
