This place is down the block in the plaza with the Starbucks and TD bank. Try to have someone drop you off or take public transportation if you can. The parking lot is small and is shared with the bank and all the other plaza stores. The people behind the front desk are not friendly whatsoever. They do not look at you when you take, there is no smile, harsh tone. If you have an appointment, they will call you 15 minutes within your appointment time. MAKE AN APPOINTMENT! The technician is friendly though.

The directions that Google provides are wrong. The Lab is located off of Penn St and Chew Avenue, near LaSalle University. You can take E Wister street to Chew Avenue- turn onto Penn St- there you will find Penn Boulevard. I live on W Penn Street and I see people every day walking up and down my street because the online directions have given them wrong information. There are only houses on the block of Penn Street between Germantown and Greene St.

This place is incredibly dismal. It feels like a veterinary clinic in a run-down neighborhood, or maybe like a clinic in a prison. Staff were friendly enough, if very informal in their manner. Would it be asking too much to brighten the environment up a bit, and at least replace those two horrid grey plastic chairs where people sit to have their blood drawn?

Brenda was great. Got in on the first try. 10 tubes done, no problem. Place was clean, welcoming . A pleasant experience. I highly recommend this facility.
