I was there this morning and dealt with one of the most ungracious receptionists I have ever encountered. She made me feel that everything I was doing was wrong and she had to correct me. Finally she said something unpleasant that conveyed I had not understood an explanation of hers, and I had to bluntly tell her, just before walking out forever, "I AM NOT SIMPLEMINDED." That place needs some staff changes especially given that there is no shortage of nice people looking for work.

Poor labeling and confusing if you enter from Hartwell Ln. The correct entrance is off of Flourtown Ave. Everyone has an attitude, even at Northwest Internal Medicine (which I assumed was Lapcorp based on the poor labeling). I would never go back.

I had an amazing experience. Very short wait time, courteous staff, and overall the best experience at a lab in my life! Very clean facility. Couldnt have asked for a better experience.
