The women working there were unfriendly and lazy. They turned me away bc I had my husbands insurance card but not mine. I accidentally had his card in my wallet. I had my drivers license and my husband is the policyholder but they refused to treat me regardless. There was no one else in the office. They couldve easily called my insurance co to verify my coverage and even have them fax a copy of my card over if they wanted it. I felt like a criminal trying to get away with something. They just kept saying "no. We dont make phone calls here. Were bot a billing office. Sorry. But - no." They just told me I was out of luck and to go somewhere else. So, I did. ( no wonder why there were no other patients in the waiting room) And the next lab I drove to (quest lab) took me without issue and they were so kind and helpful - they way people working in health care should be. I know, Im a nurse. I was embarrassed for the women at labcorp for their immediate decision to refuse to treat me and their indignant attitude about it. Its a shame people are so negative and cultivate that negativity in their little office and let it reach their patients too. Terrible.

5 star reviews must be by workers! Rude. Horrible. Staff genuinely annoyed by patients being in the office. I had a question and after me saying "excuse me" multiple times to a woman behind the counter, who was sitting there not doing anything, I get an eye roll, tongue snap, and nasty response all while she would not even look at me. Im sure there is a lot of people on unemployment who would be glad to have this job, be efficient and friendly. LabCorp, get a better staff! Patients do not want to be there, at least being greeted, treated friendly and with respect may make the experience a bit better.

Horrible place. Anyone who placed a five star review is most likely a faker or a worker. Why? Me, my mother, my brother and my sister waited in their small, loud, sad excuse for a waiting room for an hour. When my mother was called back, she was told that me, my brother, and my sister were not allowed in the building. I was extremely angry. And no, I am not the only one. There are many people that were disrespected as a human being just like my family. You could definitely find a better place.

Waited an hour before I was called back to be told the I wasnt allowed to have my kids on the premises with me while I got a urine test done. They wouldnt even allow my 12 year old daughter to sit with my 5 year old twins while I was tested. They were rude, disrespectful, and didnt care. I had no choice to take my kids with me to get my test done. Guess Lab Corp employees would have been okay if I left my kids in the car in 90F heat. Never have I seen such lousy care for patients.

Very long wait time. Rude and unprofessional attitude from the woman taking my information. Was made to fill out a survey on my visit while my information was being taken. When I finished it, the woman read it and asked me to say there was a lot of people in waiting room, and thats why I had a long wait. When actually there was only one or 2 people ahead of me

Horrrible attitudes behind the desk. Today is Monday, got there at 730 this morning, as soon as I walked through the door, i heard one of the ladies say, "oh great", very ignorant. it looked like the DMV, about 25 people in the small room, i just turned and walked out. NEVER again will I go there. Go to Swedesboro, much nicer there!

Patients are the specimens...not friendly. Long wait while they care and work minimum ...uncaring to their patients. However the office is clean.. bring a book and if your lucky enough not to NPO ,bring lunch and empty bladder.

They are unprofessional took my son there they stuck him over 5 times before i flipped out and told the woman if she cant do her job pls get someone who can and we waited over 2 1/2 hour

The woman who drew my blood stuck me with the same needle twice. The entire staff is unprofessional and rude. Not to mention they ran the wrong test (not sure how that happened)
