The form to request results was not on the front desk when I signed in. So when I had my blood taken, I went out to the front desk an asked for the form. The person at the front desk refused to provide me a form to sign so that I could get my results. She indicated that it would take 40 days. I do not care how many days it took. I asked for the form to sign and she refused. She handed me a card and indicated that I could get my results on line. I do not want to go on line to get my results. Her refusal to provide me with the form to sign was just unacceptable.

Arrived at 11:15 for my appointment. Portia at the front desk forgot to put my chart in the lineup to be called. After 1 hour and 15 mins of waiting, I asked Portia where I was in the lineup. She rudely avoided eye contact, realized she forgot all about me, put my chart up and simply said, "youll be called next." No apology or eye contact. She is a terrible representation of Quest, and Ive already contacted them about my experience. Whole experience to take blood took 90 minutes. Avoid this location at all costs.

Incredibly long wait and incredibly rude staff. One person was seen in the 35 minutes I was waiting. I got up and walked out after a staff member yelled out "well all feel the same way at 3:30" when people in the room clapped when someone had finally been seen. I will never been returning to this location. I would never want staff members that rude and with such a lack of respect and bedside manner having anything to do with my health care.

After being told of my 45 minute wait upon arrival I felt that was ok for not having an appointment. After 1 hour and 30 minutes I was told after asking it would be an additional 70 minutes. What a disgrace to have not been told it could have been a 2 hour wait at arrival. I wouldnt have waisted 1 1/2 hours on my day off. On top of that the staff just didnt care and was rude telling me I could call the service line to complain.

Avoid this place at all costs. The workers are rude. The waiting area is dirty. We scheduled an appointment online the day before and were not called until over an hour after our time. Then, after taking our insurance information, we sat down again for over half an hour before actually seeing a tech. As bad as going to the DMV...

Walked in on saturday. The staff is nice. Priority goes to people with appointment but not a worry as it still went quite fast (at least that was my experience) --》Satisfied

This place is never on schedule, doesnt matter if you have an appointment theyre always running late..
