Both of my arms were stuck, I was stuck 5 times and no blood was taken in the end. The needle was moved around while in my arm which is very painful. I was disappointed because I know I have small veins but I have never left a place without them being able to find a good vein and draw blood. The staff was nice but I had a very painful experience that ended with me having to come back to get blood drawn another day.

Really terrible service. The sign on the register window said "sign in and have a seat". I did what it said and waited for 25 minutes still nobody calls me in, I can hear they were chatting in side. i got up and stand in front at the window, then they called me in and said didnt know I was waiting. Are they supposed to check the sign in sheet?

The people at this location and the state street location are rude. I came in for a job based drug test and they acted like I was interrupting them. The one individual at state street gave me dirty looks when I asked a serious question.
