Waited a half hour just to drop off a specimen. No one at the desk so I sat down as the sign directed. Ten min later I called to see if anyone was there and an indignant worker strolls out and tells me she is there by herself with a client and the sign says to "be seated." So I sat down again and waited another 20 min. before she found it I her heart to take my specimen. Thats ridiculous.
