Quest Diagnostics is by far the worst lab company that I have ever used for our medical clinics. The billing department on a routine basis bills incorrectly and makes no attempts after years of incorrect billing to even attempt to correct the problems. We will often be billed many hundreds and sometimes even thousands of dollars for labs and after painstaking review by our staff- actually owe less than $20. It has become ridiculous. We have tried dozens of times to talk with their service reps, but the problems continue. Our office manager spends numerous hours every week going through the Quest bills- over 80% of which are billed incorrectly ALMOST EVERY time. Their customer service is equally poor as they excel at saying.."Im sorry that this has happened...we will look into it..." but immediately ignoring the complaint as they continue to happen. Quest Diagnostics is VERY POOR company from a business owner side. I would give it less than 1 star if it were an option.

I will update my review after i actually am able to use them. I work until 2:30pm & got to the lab at 2:51pm, door was open & 2 ppl were in waiting area with 1 person in a booth having lab work done. ONE person on staff in entire office. She comes out to ask what my question was, at this time is was 2:58, i told her i was here with script for lab work. She said we close at 3, i said ok ive been waiting 7 mins and its 2:58. She looked at her cell & said "well i have to go by the clock in the back". (U can imagen what tht was abt). Then she asked if i wanted to make an appt, its a walk in Lab! She told me just be here by 3pm!! Duh i was there by 2:51. They need to change there hours advertisement to say last patient seen at 2:45. Waste of my time not to mention my frustration. NEXT DAY - arrived 2:20, different lady who seemed quick, efficient, polite.
