(Paulsboro) The office staff seems more pre-occupied with each other rather than patients. Also you can forget about getting in touch with any Doctor by phone. Calls are NEVER returned. I had to physically go to the office to ask them to tell my Dr to call my Pharmacy. I think they need, NO I Know they need to concentrate on patient care more, and Improve their phone service, If you ever get through. It almost like you are bothering them.

Ive been at the paulsboro location twice now and have had bad experiences both times. At present Ive been waiting over an hour in the lobby and still have not even been checked in. This is the second time this has occurred and not only to me. It seems this is a frequent occurrence for the dental department. If anyone knows how to contact a supervisor or above, I would recommend this strongly. Thank you

they are so unprofessional they dont even say good morning she said huh like what and when you go there they are talking about people and its just crazy ......the worst ......i wish i could go some where else .......they just make you feel unwanted .... like your in peer pressure situation like you need to fit in but your there too see the doctor not to laugh and joke around or be the joke ....... .

The cam care in paulsboro have thee worse office personal Ive ever seen.they are more interested in daily gossip then doing there job.I think they would be better suited working at burger king.

I have been there a couples of times. Yes the wait is long but what doctors isnt. But so far its been good.
