Now I understand this place is a walk-in facility. Maybe the job I was going there for should not use this facility. When I arrived it was packed. The receptionist told me it could be up to an 4 hour wait, could be! I needed my physical done so of coarse I waited. Well a 4 hour wait turned out to be a 6 hour wait. So many people were complaining and all they could tell us was that there were only 2 doctors in. My advice would be that when it starts getting packed try to convince people to schedule an appointment for later that day or the next day. The wait was ridiculous. Some of the staff were extremely nice and others were a bit ghetto, telling co-workers business right in front of me.

Worst place ever. Signed in because I was sick and watch people come in for urine tests taken.before me. Finally a new group came in after me and they called 6 of them. I finally ask what was going on.was told they had appointments and that I had to see a doctor. Finally they called me. I asked why was this called urgent care if urine tests had priority. I swear I was told that they are not really a urgent care. They only have 1 doctor here. Dont come here if you are sick. I wrote this while waiting to be seen after they took my vitals. I got here 9:30 it is now 1:20. Update it is now 2:15 waiting to checkout. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Worst experience Ive had getting results at a medical facility EVER....promised results in a week and would be mailed to me....no prob, except 7 business days later I called and the woman said the results were still sitting there in the clinic!? She said she would send them to me and four days later I dont have them yet!!...I LIVE IN PHILLY, it should take one day to mail them....needless to say, staff is SUPER LAZY and should be fired...or retrained on mailing results...

My company has been working with them for 8 years now. Never had a problem. Staff has been nice and superb... Better since Melissa took over management. Rich, Stefanie, Imani and Greg are great! And Doc Maranzini too. The place is always busy and you have the usual wait time, but have you tried to go to any ER in Philly? (Plus the ER charge you $1800 to give you Aspirin and then send you to see your own doctor anyway)

This place is a joke. I showed up for my appointment at 930am. They didnt even take me back to the office until 1030. Once there I didnt even see anyone until almost 1130. Do not bother making an appointment...walkins got more priority than I did. The staff treat it as a joke and make no interest in even trying to get you into your appointment once booked. Just stick to a family practice.

I have been coming here for years now. The office staff is awesome, Melissa is always super friendly and greats me with a smile. The PT staff usually consisting of Rich, and an intern are second to none. I truly appreciate all the hard work and dedication these folks put into their everyday care of an extraordinary amount of patients. Thank you Concentra holstein.

I waited an hour before someone else that was there for the same drug test. I was told to sign in, did and the woman who came in after myself and didnt put a time was seen first. Then I waited almost another 45 minutes before I was seen. All tolled 2 hours to pee in a cup all the while having to use the bathroom but couldnt. THE WORST!!

Horrible, the nurses her struggle to answer basic medical questions. Went here for a workmans comp injury, I told the doctor I injured my neck an lower back, his response.... "PICK ONE" Never did I get xrays or an MRI, I was released to full duty with no improvement...If you have a choice for a comp doctor steer clear of this place.

Pure garbage! I came in with a broken hand AND severe back pain from an injury... I was vomiting from the pain... They did nothing! Other than poke and prod to make worse! Then stated, "we dont prescribe pain medication" as Im sitting there with multiple breaks... Staff is incompetent and lazy.. Place is garbage!

Terrible went for a DOT exam..Dr was totally disrespectful and arrogant...could not read my BP right saying it was high and my diabetes was off the chart...went to my primary where he did the samething 30 mins later and everything were perfect...place sucks will never go again....DO NOT COME HERE!!

Waited 3 hours to pee in a cup and do a vision test that I already do yearly with my own eye doctor. Staff were generally pleasant enough but not entirely competent. The office was clearly understaffed and overbooked, I would not recommend coming here unless you can get an appointment.

Terrible!! Went there to get a hair folic drug test Im not a hairy person so they took the hair from my arm pits I kn gross but they didnt hv me wash my deodorant so I didnt pass my test and now I hv to wait another 15 days to start working bunch of morons

In my opinion the wait for a drug test was over an hr which was ridiculous! The place and workers seemed very unorganized and somewhat rude! But after an hr the man who did my drug test was very nice! Overall I would never return again

Not sure what all these people are on about, other than the fact that these reviews are all old, so they are probably all just out of date. The front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful! Id come back if I couldnt get to my PCP!

Just like any Dr.s office there was a wait but overall I had a good experience. From the beginning the staff made me aware of the wait and was friendly to me throughout the visit. Will return again if unable to see my personal doctor.

the doctors were great most of the staff was great as well unfortunately it only takes one bad apple to spoil the bunch your job is to weed out the Bad Apple in there is one

This was the absolute worst wait i ever had to deal with. Over 8 hours wait time no bs and im literally still here waiting. Wouldnt recomend this place to anyone. Horrible!!

Went for a physical DOT got there 10:30am finally was called at 3:15 and it was a total of ten mins tops for the exam. RIDICULOUS wait time
