I was in on a Friday night, office was dead yet I still waited almost an hour. Once I finally got to see the a physician he was extremely brief and extremely unprofessional. He talked to me like one of his bros. Then he proceeded to misdiagnose me and prescribe me an antibiotic for a viral infection (according to my primary doctor). Filed complaint with my insurance provider as well as Inspira, was told their medical director would reach out to collect details. That was a lie, they dont care.

Terrible. I brought my mother in after a fall and the staff was dismissive and borderline rude. No one introduced themselves before beginning treatment. I understand if youre having a bad day, but you work in the health profession, and that means you have to maintain an air of respect and decorum at all times, despite your personal issues. I will say that the imaging center staff were courteous and helpful but almost everyone in the main building displayed behavior that was unacceptable

Took my niece here last night for pain in her lower back. We asked the doctor numerous times to give her a urine test because the symptoms she was experiencing sounded like a UTI. The dr. kept saying it wasnt necessary, if she wanted one come back tomorrow. After taking her to Virtua we found out she did in fact have a UTI. I guess when you go to this facility a half hour prior to closing they are more focused on closing and going home then treating patients.

Went one time and needed lab work. Dr. On staff could not order lab work because she was filling in. Seriously so I asked her to call the other urgent care by CVS and she refused. I was so upset I let and drove to the other urgent care and showed her my paperwork. They took me right back and did the lab work. Why put someone on staff if they cant order lab work. Called UMH the next day and come planned. Have not heard back since. Waste of time

Brought my son to the orthopedic section of the facility. My appt time was for 330 pm and Im still waiting to see everyone the doctor and its 5:03pm. This is ridiculous. I do not recommend this place at all!!!!!!!!!!!! There are quite a few physicians here and I dont know why I have to wait to this long. If I could give it a negative score I would.

I sat there for over an hour before they took me back. Once I got back there I sat there for over an hour and I walked out. The place was not busy at all and when I asked how much longer, they said I still had 2 pepole ahead of me. Place is a joke. Go the the woolwich urgent care at 300 Lexington . They are excellent there

I checked in at 3:47pm. Its currently 5:25pm and Im waiting for the doctor to come back to the room with a prescription that probably wont even be covered by my insurance. If I didnt already pay my co-pay, I would have gone to another urgent care center. The doctor is nice, but he appears to be very new.

This place is absolutely aweful. There is nothing urgent about this business. I despise this place. I can not understand how they are still in business. There is only ever one doctor there. None of their equipment works And youll waste an entire day there. Do not go. Avoid this place like the plague.

Waited an hour and a half just to been seen. When I was finally seen, they took down my blood pressure and symptoms and left the room. Waited another 30 minutes for the nurse just to finish a test. These people dont know what urgent means at all. My suggestion: take the trip to Woodbury

30 minutes in waiting room. 1 hour in exam room. Had to go ask for somepne if they forgot us. Can someone give me the definition of Urgent. Then waited for 30 minutes for xray. There was only 2 people ahead of us in urgent care lobby. Inspira must be taking lessons from Underwood....

The staff has been helpful, informative, and kind. I was there twice, once for me and another time for my daughter. They were super fast in seeing us, getting xrays, and with results of the examination. I love this urgent care and imaging center and im thankful its close to home.

Great experience with staff. Dr zucconi knowledgeable, personable and funny. We called ahead b/c had to be sure that a gash from a machete was something they handled. Dr stitched him up, inside and outside running stitch and good to go!!

Very long waiting inside the office. There are hardly any patients, but doctor takes hours to show up. I almost waited one hour 30 minutes and tired of waiting with unbearable pain.
