• They advertise walk-ins, but forget to mention that it is ONLY For Patients who have been there before. That wasnt a huge deal. I found another clinic but still scheduled an appointment. (So I could be on their list in the future) • The appointment they gave me was 5 weeks from the day I called. Unfortunately most doctors are like this, so again that wasnthe a huge deal. Now Heres my problem. My appointment was scheduled on a Tuesday (July 18th). They called Friday afternoon (July 14th) and CANCELLED. & It couldnt have been much (if even) an emergency, because the doctor was coming in the next day. • I asked if I could be seen that week then. The lady said that she is booked until 4 WEEKS from now. You would think shed squeeze patients in over the first 2 weeks that she missed that day. So basically itseems wait 2 months (possibly longer if they decide to cancel again) or not be seen. So I found a better doctor :)

Ive been a patient at this place for 3 months and in those 3 months Ive had the worst time trying too schedule appointments and be seen when needed. The staff NEVER picks up the phone. As in NEVER. Im always forced too leave a message that is returned a week later. The front desk ladies arent as proffesional. They seem too not know alot about the job. My questions can never be answered and not too mention I am pregnant and have really bad asthma. Yet again too be seen after an episode of an asthma attack is impossible. If it were up too them. I will die waiting too see a DR. Which I have not yet even met. Surprisingly this place even has 3 stars. If I could raye lower , trust me that I would.

This Healthcare network has very friendly staff members who work recently hard to help patients to achieve their goals. I have been there since last year overall it is very affordable if you dont have any health insurance. The nurse practitioners who are employed there are very friendly, outgoing, and provide care for your needs. I dont seem why people are rating less than 2 stars on this affordable program, or otherwise it must be impatient personnel who thinks once they arrived at the premises, automatically soon to be called on the wish list. Sorry, thats no answer. We all got to be patient and wait until your called. So, in addition to this matter, it is one of the best clinic out there.

I went to this clinic today as a walk in and the Spanish girl with the short black curly hair told me that I would have to wait 3 weeks to be seen. I told her this is a walk in clinic. She said that since I wasnt a patient, Id have to wait. She said they only take critical as walk ins. Thats not what the sign says. A walk in is just that - Walk in and be seen. Worst clinic in the world. Dont go there, go someplace else, where a walk in is just that - a walk in. The staff a Rising Sun clinic are all messed up.
