Incompetent desk people. Said any day but a Tuesday, they gave me a date, I went home and checked the calendar, and it was a Tuesday. Happened again when I tried to reschedule. Had to reschedule a third time and they said I cant reschedule again or theyll close my case (even though it was their mistake, not mine). Got rescheduled 4 times for another appointment because the desk people dont check to see if the person is actually going to be in that day. At least half of the staff isnt certified (theres a disclaimer notice posted that states that), which really shows.

Been going here for yrs! They switched drs* & this new dude has a Serious GOD complex!... find somewhere else to go
