Dr Udochi is great and would absolutely give her practice 4 or possibly 5 stars. Some of the nurses dont seem to be to happy working there. Some like to smoke and you have to sit there and smell heavy cigarett smell. The wait is HORRIBLE, be prepared to wait on an average of at least 2-3 hours prior to be seen by her even with an almost empty waiting area. We understand that maybe all the nurses are not her choice due to sharing the practice with other providers, however its her choice to see more patients that her time allows. Its sad to see that there are plenty of other reviews that state the same. She seems to be a good doctor and after just a couple of times we are not planning on going back.

I will like to say that Dr . Udochi is a phenomenal doctor a phenomenal woman a great individual Ive been coming to see her with my children for the last 10 years and shes just great at what she does shes always there for me and my family at all times thats why I love her very much and I encourage any and everyone to come see her because again she is a phenomenal doctor and very through and she just doesnt not put you out or push you away she makes you feel loved she makes you feel welcome shes always has encouraging things to say to you at all times no matter what it maybe and my family and I appreciate her and love her very much and we thank her for all shes done for us!!!!!! ♡♡♡♡♡♡

Dr Udochi and her staff are the absolute best! Ive followed her from the beginning of her family practitioner journey. I could no be more please with the level of care and attentiveness she gives. Ive brought my whole family over to her practice. My mother travels over a hundred miles every few months for her visits. My mother is a RN for over 30 yrs and is very particular and about the care she receives. That should say a lot! She could go locally but chooses Dr Udochi! I cant express the level of appreciation I have for Dr Udochi and her staff for taking such excellent care of me and my family!

AVOID THIS PRACTICE. If you like to be seen at least an hour after your scheduled time, and once you are seen, sit in the room for an additional 30 minutes, then this is your Doctor. If you like being seen on time, in a professional environment, by the Doctor each visit, then dont choose here. Even when I was the first appointment of the day, this office is behind. I cant imagine if you are later in the day. When I tried to get my records sent to my new Doctor, they were very unresponsive to the request.

Millennium Family practice on goggle has the best reviews and investigated her before coming to her and was extremely sastified when came to this office. I was so sick and looked up this Docter Njide Udochi Md she was very personable,professional,and very smart and educated. She took me as new client. I loved the office and her team.She got me better and up in running.I highly recommend her .I work Howard county and live in pg county.I would drive any where to see this docter again. Ive been coming here for about 7 years now. The wait time is ridiculously long. My appointment was for 9:45 here it is now 1:00. The new nurse is very pleasant but shes extremely slow and sometimes seem to be a little unsure! Im very disappointed and not being able to see my regular doctor when I come here. I understand the Doctor has family and is entitled to vacations like everyone else. I do believe she has lost a long time patient!

I have been a patient at Millennium for 5 years! The staff is warm and caring. Dr. Udochi is the ABSOLUTE BEST!! She is knowledgeable, kind and always professional. Shes concerned about her patients. When shes not sure of the problem, she digs and refer. Until shes satisfied with a diagnosis. My husband and children have recently become patients. Thats how much I trust her and her team.
