Freaking HORRIBLE!!! It makes absolutely no sense whatsoever how long they take to provide service! I had a 4 oclock appointment today and wasnt seen until 2 1/2 hours later. They have no concept of or consideration for other peoples time!!! By the time I was actually in the back office, I had only gotten my vitals taken and to make matters worse, when the doc asked the reason for my visit, I SPECIFICALLY told him that I needed a referral HOWEVER my chief complaints (which is what he shouldve addressed first before doing anything else) were of another nature. Instead of doing his job the right way, he leaves me in the room for an extra 25 or 30 minutes to "get the referral...." At that point, I was so fed up I just left! Their customer service is absolutely horrendous (physicians and front office alike) and the way they run their business is FAR less than acceptable, never in all my life have I ever come across a physicians office that operated in this manner! No matter, I shall be requesting a termination letter and a copy of my records and I SHALL be moving on to a more qualified physician.....

First i tried to set up an appointment as a new patient. I had one Mary on the phone taking my information. She said the connection was bad and was going to call me back. She hanged up and after waiting 5mins I called the office back only to be told they had closed. How rude! I called the next day and got an appointment that same week which was cool but day of appointment came. I got there 30mins before my appointment time and I waited three and half hours to see the doctor!!! I left when I could not wait any more. Wasted my whole day here. I would have been been better off going to an urgent care or ED. I Had a tech who did not even know how to place EKG nodes and one lady who just took me to a back room and left me there for 45mins. No information on what I was doing there or if it was indeed the doctor I was waiting for. If you value your time, this is not a place for you. You cannot go in and out on your lunch break.

Iv been lucky to have been assigned Dr Nkwanyuo from Medical Assistance since 1999 from a terrible shooting in a robbery .. This man is the best Dr in the world Im truly lucky to have him , hes treated my pain , my diabetes and is thorough with his work , no 10 minutes in and out with the Great Dr , he goes through everything with you and whatever time it takes he makes sure you leave his office confident that your in the best possible health when you leave his office , If all Drs were as thorough and meticulous as Dr Nkwanyuo the world would be a healthier place , I truly love this man and I would recommend him to anybody whos looking for the best heathcare in the world , he just the Best ..I would never go anywhere else but Windsor Medical Center , Dr.Joseph Nkwanyuo just the greatest man Dr and person I no .

I have never experienced horrible treatment until I became a patient at this practice. Nkwanyuos staff is unfriendly, unreliable and resourcefulness. Dr. Nkwanyuo office is dirty there is dust everywhere, the floor has many stains and there are many unpleasant smells drifting through out the office. The doctor has no respect for time. Ive waited over 2 hours to be pulled to the back and then had to wait another 1 hour and 30 before I was seen. The receptionist asked me to lock the door as she exited for the day. I am disgusted and disappointed. Do not waste your time nor money!

I was referred to the by a friend and I scheduled my appointment over the phone for May 18, 2016. Got in at 9.00am, was the only one at the waiting room and left at 9.50, without seeing a doctor!!!!!. the lady at the reception ( an African American lady with dreads) was very cold and unfriendly. At about 9.50 I decided to leave and when I walked to the reception to tell them, they said they were just about to "process me"...huh...after almost one hour. No apologies. Nothing. I am never going back there....unfriendly and unprofessional practice... beware!!!!!

Dr. Nkwanyuo is great, professional and very thorough, he always listen carefully to any concern I may have. He does not rush you in or out. I think there may be instances where I had to wait a little, but thats only because he treats everyone he sees like both a patient and a friend. I would recommend Dr. Nkwanyuo to anyone who has been skeptical about the care and attention that doctors can give. He will not disappoint. Also, I am very pleased with all the staff working there, they are very professional, friendly as well as very helpful.

Dont waste your time. The staff behind the desk seems very inexperienced. They waited until the last minute to get everything with the insurance together. The appointment took 3 hours. The office looks run down and very old and cluttered in the waiting room and in the back its no better. They weigh you on a home scale. And use a home test to prick your finger. Workers seemed like they had an attitude when helping patients. Even tho the office is open until 5 they put the closed sign up at 4 pm and lock the door.

Dr. Nkwanyuo has been my doctor and my moms for three years now. Best decision I ever made to make him our family physician. He is very very thorough, takes his time with you never rushes you out. He has been a great help to us. He helped me make a life changing decision which has helped with my weight. I thank God for him and how lucky we as a family are to have a physician who truly cares about his patients. His staff is great and very compassionate too!! I recommend him to all my family and friends

Dr. Nkwanyou has been my doctor for about 18 or 19 years. He has always shown me compassion and concern about my well being. As far as I am concern, he is the best doctor and friend a patient can ask for. Most doctors want to rush you in and get you out. I would not trade him for no other doctor.
