Waited over a month for a new patient appointment to address multiple skin concerns. They sent me new patient paperwork with totally incorrect last name. Showed up 20 minutes early for my appointment (which wouldve been the last of the day". Wasnt greeted very nicely and waited over 40 minutes in the waiting room before I was called back by a rude and obviously disgruntled woman. She asked me why I was there and became frustrated that I didnt have one isolated concern. She tossed me a paper gown and walked out. 30 minutes later, after sitting in this paper gown feeling entirely anxious from the experience thus far, dr Lebouitz walked in with another woman. He said hi, asked how I was, and I said fine. He asked why I was there because "multiple concerns" was written and I told him I had an uncomfortable experience when roomed because I was simply trying to establish care for multiple issues including family history of skin cancer and suspicious marks on myself that I had been cautioned about by a family dr. He said that I was "all over the place" and that he had a bad day so he needed me to just tell him what I wanted. I pointed to a mark on my face and he quickly said "thats acne". When I tried to explain further details about it he said that I was calling him a liar. I told him I was not and that I was just trying to explain symptoms. He insisted that I called him a liar and told me I ruined the pt doctor relationship. He then told me he would refuse to see me because we wouldnt "get along". I pleaded with him, stated that I waited over a month, had sat there for an hour, and had skin cancer concerns. He said that by challenging his instantaneous "acne" diagnosis that I was "coming at him". I told him I didnt understand. I hadnt raised my voice, hadnt become belligerent or disrespectful. I hadnt moved from my spot on the exam table. He then approached me and put his face right up to mine, less than an inch away and said, "you want me to come at you?" Or something to that nature. I felt paralyzed. I asked him what I had done wrong, pleaded for him to at least complete the appointment and he said, "we wont get along. I dont feel comfortable with you. Find another doctor". And he left. I was completely frozen and in tears, had to call my husband to pick me up. I was asked by several nurses to leave then because they wanted to close. My husband then arrived, asked to speak to dr Lebouitz to see what happened, and dr Lebouitz unwelcomely put his hands on my husband. My husband asked him to not touch him and the dr said, well now I see why you married her, you act just like her". I am traumatized by this man. He collects money off of Medicare patients who arent going to speak up for themselves. He is abusive and unethical. I have been a nurse for over ten years, have been highly praised by many doctors for my performance as a nurse, and am also a graduated skin care professional. This man needs to have his medical license revoked.

Went to their york office and saw some lady, which I assume was a Dr. if you could consider her that. She didnt introduce herself loud enough for me to hear her name, looked at me from a foot away, asked how allergic am I to my medication allergy list as if that would matter, reason being she said if I need an antibiotic I can apparently only use more expensive ones. As if that should matter to her, I would think my health insurance would cover my prescriptions since they already do. I expressed my concern of the rash I have to be pregnancy related (since Im in my 3rd trimester), it went unheard and I was "diagnosed" with eczema, oh she didnt tell me the nurse told me what she had diagnosed it as. I told this schmuck lady I did not like medications and didnt feel comfortable using anything if I didnt absolutely need to. I was told I am getting a topical steroid cream and received samples as well. This medicine is supposed to be supervised under doctor care, I got a script, said its pregnancy safe and see you in 2 months. I do not recommend this place at all. This place is a joke. Oh, maybe I should also mention my fiance passed away this month (who was active military) and one of the staff commented on the fact I was still young enough to meet someone else. Very unprofessional.

Best Dermatologist around in my opinion. Ive been going here for the past 12 years, (after 4 years of others doctors not knowing how to help.) They get me in and out quickly, even when my schedule is hectic the fit me in. Wouldnt go anywhere else!
