What a unprofessional place!!! I went there for a few visits and every time i had to wait for over an hour. My last visit i was there for approximately two hours. Ive been nothing but a great patient since i started going there even with the waiting time and i even brought some family members. I decided that i no longer wasnt going to step foot at that place because theyre unprofessional. After a recent visit Dr. Anderson told me to call for my result. I asked was she sure she wanted me to call instead of coming in but she replied just call. So following up a few days after I called like she asked to get my results regarding a MRI follow up with my left ankle. I ve been in a lot of pain and just wanted to know what to do, whats the next step. That being said i called and called and every time it was either me being on hold for a long time or not reaching anyone at all. I kept trying and finally her assistant Nancy told me she would call me back to let me know what Dr. Anderson said regarding my results. Ok i said being understanding because i myself work in a Doctor office environment and i know how things can be and how busy we tend to get. I was very understanding. A few days later (third day) to be exact still nothing from Nancy nor Dr. Anderson. Still i remain calm and kept calling days after. Now were on (day five) and guess what still nothing. I got in touch with Nancy again her assistant and told her at this point im getting a little frustrated because every time she said she will call back she never did. I understand maybe you guys are busy or behind but you can at least call and explain the situation to the patient its only right. She told me that Dr Anderson would not give her an answer. Every time she would just shrug her off and i thought to myself what kind of Doctor is this ? How unprofessional of her to ignore her patient after she herself told me to call now she wont give me an answer. What changed ? Is it the fact that you want me to come in and pay you instead and have me sit two hours just to tell me my results. To make it worse i walked over to her office one day since i dont work too far and decided maybe they will help me if i come in person and know how upset theyve made me but boy was that a mistake. Walked there with a bad ankle could barely walk. Reminding you this is the foot that she wont call me back about to tell me what to do next. Got there and her office manager was kind enough to understand where i was coming from but wasnt able to do much because Dr. Anderson refuse to help let along at least apologize for their behavior. The office manager didnt look surprised not one bit almost like knowing they have a history of doing that to patient. She called Dr Anderson several times on the phone to let her know i was here but she never came out to see me. Let along to apologize or explain herself for her unprofessional behavior. I stood there for a few minutes and just decided to leave and never come back to this place. What a unprofessional way to do business. As my primary care Doctor she lost me as a patient there.

THE WORST! I chose this doctors office simply for the sake that it was black owned and located not far from my home. But boyyyy was that a mistake. Every time I visited this office, I told myself it was the LAST time. The wait is ridiculous. They suede their patients into the office for everything and refuses to discuss things over the phone or even fill out a medical form when your last Drs visit and blood work were within a year. Im convinced they are MONEY DRIVEN only. There is NO reason I should ever have to take off of work, schedule an appointment and wait over an 1hr and 10 minutes to never see a DR., simply to sign a damn medical form requested by a new employer. Just know I will drive to Africa and back before I ever step foot in this establishment for services again. I really try to support black owned, but his place is a hot mess. Oh, and I didnt even get into the unprofessional receptionist. I watched her power struggle with an elderly patient for 25 minutes about how he has not paid the office in full. So SHAMELESS. Save yourself the time, sick leave and frustration. PLEASE.

Dr. Anderson & her receptionist YANCY ARE THE WORST...Yancy flat out lied to me for 5 months about a document I needed for another physicians office. After showing up at Dr. Andersons office, I demanded Yancy give me a copy of the letter she said she faxed 4xs....She told me it wasnt in my file! She never wrote the letter or faxed it. After speaking to Dr. Anderson in the parking lot of her practice she assured me the letter would be written and faxed over. Needless to say 2 months later it still was not done. It wasnt until Ms. Denise returned from sick leave that my situation was taken care of. Ive been a very loyal patient and have referred many people but I cant patronize a physician that would care less about the very people that are paying her bills & for her Mercedes Benz S550. IJS

Most horrible experience I have ever had. Dr. Anderson was rude, and told me to stop speaking so she could explain herself. I waited for over an hour, and I am just upset I even wasted my time here, I have never been treated with such disrespect especially in a professional enviomenent. Do yourself a favor and do not see this doctor, she is unprofessional and even had the audacity to compare her kids to me. She was getting worked up, huffing and puffing, and telling me what is going on today, what is wrong with you people because I asked about the wait time. I would hate for anyone to have to experience what I did with Dr. Anderson, so do yourself a favor and dont go to her.

Giving less than a star isnt an option. My experience was so bad that I am leaving a review for the first time ever for a business. The energy of the office is horrible. Terrible bedside manner; extremely rude. Dr Anderson made it seems as if being my doctor was a burden to her . Doesnt appreciate an honest and upfront patient, the judgement will be felt.

Dr Anderson saved my life. I came in for a followup after being discharged from the hospital and mentioned my leg was swollen. She immediately suspected a blood clot and had the ladies in the office arrange for me to get a Doppler X-ray asap. Once they confirmed I did have DVT Dr Anderson was in constant communication during my hospital stay.

She only got one star because there is not a negative I can choose. This is my second visit. The first was not great but everyone deserves a second chance. Not this one! She is the worst. She asks a question does nit let you answer. She does not listen to your concerns and interrupts constantly. NEVER go to her. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE.

When I first visited Dr. Anderson I waited two hours in the waiting area. Although she has wonderful and nice receptionist name Denise. Shes a horrible doctor and acts very paranoid when you question her about your own health. And refuses to fill out important papers that are needed for your own personal job or social security.
