My experience has not been very good. Ive had several appts where i have waited over an hour to be seen and then the doctors come and see you for 2 mins, barely say 2 words to you and walk out. At my last ultrasound the ultrasound tech told me my baby was breeched and not one doctor has dicussed this with me. I asked about it and all i was told is that they dont check again until im 36 weeks, i wasnt told what i could do in the mean time to help turn him around or what signs to look for. I feel like i have to google everything just to get answers and sometimes that doesnt help at all. This is my 4th pregnancy, both my girls came at 37 weeks and my 3rd pregnancy resulted in a miscarriage. Any concern I have had thus far Im just told everything is okay and thats normal. Im currently 33wks and called to get a doctors note to be put on light duty for the remainder of my pregnancy due to the fact that ive been having contractions and working overnights is killing me, when i get off in the mornings everything hurts and i can barely walk and I was told I have to have a medical reason for them to write one. I was under the impression that being 33wks pregnant, having contractions, and being in pain was a good enough reason especially being that I do overnight cna work and Im known for giving birth prematurely but I guess I was wrong. Ive seen almost every doctor and none of them have had good bedside manor. I see the nurse practitioner next week hopefully I can get better results with her. The receptionist when I check out is sweet and the lady that draws blood but they are the only two.

I had my son back in 2013 and really enjoyed Dr. Isabell. Although, a different doctor was on call the night my water broke and delivered me (Dr. Atawalker) who isnt there anymore... I enjoyed the practice. Doctor Isabell really listened to my concerns as a first time pregnancy. In 2016, I suffered a miscarriage in my first trimester and Dr. Roberson preformed my D&C at the hospital and was very sympathetic and had great bedside manner to me. Encouraging me to keep trying. Although I was forgotten to be taken off the schedule for my upcoming ultrasound the front desk called me to remind me and that was quite painful considering I had lost my little one. I am now pregnant again and will be using Williamsburg OBGYN and anticipate the same good experiences. Only negative would be if someone miscarries...... remember to remove them from schedules so you dont throw salt in an open wound accidentally. Otherwise, love the practice :)

I would never recommend this place to anyone. I was 6 weeks pregnant and had spotting so they got me in to get blood work done. A week later I came in for my first appt and got my first ultrasound. The doctor didnt even tell me if everything looked ok, she came in the room introduced herself and said dont tell anyone your pregnant just yet you still could have a miscarriage and then she walked out the room. I thought she was coming back to answer questions or even talk about pregnancy but she didnt. Anyway after that appt I got my records and switched to another doctor. When I went to the new doctor they were looking through my records and told me I was Rh negative and I shouldve gotten a shot after I was spotting but I was never told I was even Rh negative to begin with. A huge waste of time, but the ladies at The front desk are very nice and helpful

Doctor Pearce was willing to induce me when I turned 39 weeks due to baby being on large side. Everything went well and had healthy baby boy at 9 pounds 12 ounces. However that was 22 months ago. Here I am now 37 weeks pregnant and have to fight and argue with the Receptionist to get my weekly appointments. Receptionist tries to tell me doctors are all booked up and wanted me to miss my 37 week check up and 38 week check up and just come in for my 39 week appointment although my belly was measuring 43 weeks and ultrasound stated I was 41 weeks so doctor wanted to keep close eye on me. Receptionist is rude and extremely unprofessional. Most of the doctors are rude with horrible bedside manners. Doctor Pearce is only good doctor at this practice who takes time to listen

I tried to set up a pre-natal apt and they gave me the run around for almost a week and still no results. I told them I had started bleeding and was worried that I was having another miscarriage and no one seemed to be concerned and care. This is the worst treatment I have EVER received from a doctors office and its just down right ridiculous and a shame that I came in January and was able to make an appointment no problem and even got in for an emergency appointment for when I had the first miscarriage but for some reason it wasnt the same this time around. Receptionist were rude on the phone and nurses are apparently always "too busy " to do their jobs or answer questions. I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!!

I was seen by Dr. Roberson on February 1st and told that the polyps she removed were cancerous. She referred me to Dr. Dedmond for surgery. Dr. Dedmond had to change the surgery until March 1st. Another GYN, Dr. McCann could perform the surgery on February 25th. I called the office to ask Dr. Roberson which surgeon I should go with. The office person said she would have to have the surgery scheduler call me back, which she never did. The surgery scheduler had nothing to do with the question I wanted to ask Dr. Roberson. Now it is too late to change surgery dates since Dr. Roberson didnt get back with me. Now I have to hope that the cancer didnt spread because nobody in the office was good enough to get back with me.

Dr Keller is nothing short of amazing. She is worth waiting for when her schedule is booked out a ways. She rephrases the jumbled, unsure mess of symptoms and desires that comes out of my mouth and rephrases it. "Im hearing you say you have problems 1, 2, and 3 and that you would like to consider options x and y. She then susses out your priorities and puts it all together in the form of options and then, after discussion, a plan. Ive never worked with an MD who is such a clear communicator. Dr Keller will get you to the right answers for you and thats just awesome.

Ive received gynecological and obstetric care from this practice. The support staff is helpful and polite. The doctors are competent and generally seem to be in touch with my needs as a patient. My children were delivered with Dr. Keller and Dr. Isbell. Both doctors respected my wish to have a natural childbirth. I felt well cared for on both occasions and I have no complaints. I highly recommend this practice.

I always enjoy my experience here. I always get called back for my appointment on time and the nurses are very nice. I have had an appointment with every doctor in the practice and thoroughly enjoyed every one, especially Dr Isbell and Dr Wilkey. Ive never had a bad experience with office staff, Im surprised to see that in other reviews. I would definitely recommend this practice.
