Dr. Saffold is a wonderful doctor to work with. He is very knowledgeable and personable. After meeting with him, I was put on a once a week regimen of allergy. As such, Ive gotten to know the staff at Chesapeake Bay ENT in Franklin, VA, VERY WELL. I LOVE THOSE GIRLS! They make everyone feel very welcome so that its not a dreaded weekly occurrence. Their personalities are vibrant, and they will all bend over backwards to be of assistance in any way. I highly recommend Chesapeake Bay ENT in Franklin because they offer the best service possible while also handling the typical aspects of a medical facility. I can actually say that I look forward to going to the doctors office every week because Ill have an office full of smiles and personality waiting to greet me. :)

I absolutely love visiting this office. Whether Im going in for my weekly allergy shots, coming in for a check-up, or just stopping by, the customer service here is always top notch. Its almost like going home for the holidays, the staff is very welcoming and I always look forward to catching up with them from week to week while Im being seen in the office. #ChesapeakeBayENT gets 5 stars from me and I would recommend Dr. Saffold and his staff to anyone that is looking for a knowledgable, professional, and pleasant group of people to take care of their medical needs!

The staff are professional and friendly. Always in a good mood. Theyll take the time to answer any questions or concerns you have and work with your schedule. Dr. Saffold and Mr. Gao are both extremely knowledgeable and have a good rapport with their patients. I feel very comfortable going to them and again they also answer all of my questions. Appointments are usually quick but you dont feel like youre rushed out--its still thorough. The allergy shot schedule has various time slots to fit in with your schedule and Ashby and the other girls are sweet and patient.

Dr. Saffold and his team are great. Since I have been going for my allergy shots I have really seen an improvement with my health. The atmosphere is wonderful at this location. I love all of the staff they are so knowledgeable and willing to offer assistance when needed. If your having problems with your Ear, Nose, or Throat I recommend you to come visit this office. Im sure you will not leave displeased. Thanks to a wonderful TEAM!!!!

Omg!!!!! I absolutely love this place. I started a year ago and they literally saved my life. I was constantly sick, missing work and not being able to enjoy my family. Dr. Saffold is a great doctor who explains everything without using "doctor lingo." His team Cindy, Ashby, Heather & Kim are the BEST. The atmosphere makes you feel like youre right at home, not just a doctor office. I wish I could give them 10 stars.

I am a patient for my allergies. I love Dr. Saffold, Mr.Gao, Ashby and the rest of the staff. They are compassionate and kind. It seems odd to say that I enjoy going there for my shots, but I do - the visit is one of the bright spots in my day. They consider and answer each question, regardless of how many times theyve heard it before. I always leave feeling much better and with a smile on my face.
