We had to take my daughter to a different doctor, my family doctor due to lack of appointments at Springdale. When I called to have her seen after I was told that she wasnt a patient there any longer and they were no longer accepting new patients. Springdale is only accepting Newborns (sadly they fail to identify newborns as new patients). So now I have lost the doctors I have grown to love and I am being forced to relocate my daughter, yet my son who is listed as a patient may stay. So again I say they wont see a 12 yr old girl who needs medical attention and is there patient over a paper work error but they will take in newborns. Oh and btw the wellspan website has Springdale listed as "accepting new patients" . After all this I will be finding an office that actually cares about their patients and wants to keep families together at the same office.

I was at this office earlier today, they got me in right away. The doctor we had didnt know anything but she thought she knew everything, she tried to tell me that the fungus I had on my toe nail was from the polish I had on it. My mom is a nail tech, its inflamed, its a fungus. Then she couldnt even help me with it, she didnt even have anywhere to refer me to. She wouldnt give me medication for it or anything. I have a sinus infection, ive had the symptoms for at least a week, she barely even touched me when she was examining me. She said that I have a cold and my mom begged for her to help me but she refused. She never gave me medication at all, she told me to lean over the sink and breathe in steam and take alergy medicine. She had my mom so upset and then she walked out laughing and smirking.

we have been taking our children to this practice for going on a few yrs. every time one of our children is very ill, they dont seem to care and we have a very hard time getting a decent appointment. the receptionists are ALL very rude and inconsiderate., and the only two doctors who actually seem to take care in their patients are dr. kirby and one other gentleman of which i cannot remember his name. when this is addressed to the staff, they pretty much will tell you its not their problem. i thought that s what the job entails...... it being their problem. thats why they make so much, right. because they are supposed to go the extra mile for your care.??????

My Parents took me hear and to the one in Red Lion when I was a child. I am Now 20 and Have Two Children and they both go Here and I would never take them any were else! The only thing i do ask is if they do have to go to the Drs that they see Dr. Joseph Dempsey! He is the BEST!!!! ALL of the Family Children go to him and I wouldnt Ever think of changing my familys health provider EXP. For my Children!

Abysmal abysmal sub par Service. Waited 7 hours for just a call back after calling several times. My 20 mo old son running a fever and they could not get around to the common decency to call us back. It used to be a lot better but now its awful here. Well be switching.

These Doctors are dedicated to my children. I have had sick child appointments as late as 10pm with them. All the doctors except Dr. Sirolly and Dr. Kirby have a great rapport with my children and I couldnt ask for better care.

Had 3 children going here. Tried almost all their doctors. Appointments are hard to sometimes get. But otherwise some great doctors that got to know my children n grow with them.

I love this place they jad my 3 yr old since birth and now my 11 yr old and 6 month old. They are really caring. Wouldnt change them 4 nothing!!!
