These days there are two types of doctors office. One where you go in and get your turn pretty quick and the other where you have to wait a while before youre seen. This place is where you get your turn quick, but that isnt a good thing. I went to this doctor to remove my skin tags around my neck. I was seen within 15 minutes of arriving. I didnt see the doctor I seen a nurse. She was in a rush, didnt really care about my problems just wanted to get it over with and get to the next patient. I wanted to talk about many other skin issues but I was so turned off minutes after I seen the nurse, I didnt even want to talk to her because I knew she didnt want to hear it. I asked a few questions and she literally told me you cant do anything about that. THATS A LIE. When I was getting my skin tags removed I was not numbed. I was not told what the procedure is, if it will hurt, how long will it take for my tags to come off, how long I need to put on ointment or ANYTHING. I had to ask all these questions my self. I literally can not believe this. Every doctor Ive been to clearly explains whats going to happen during and after the procedure and what to expect. My skin tags HURT, I had sores on my skin and have a hard time putting on/off my shirt. Theyre hurting more than before but apparently they will come off in two weeks or so. I had skin tags removed about 5 years ago. The dermatologist put some cream on the skin tags, let me sit for a bit and then plucked them out. I was in and out in 20 minutes without ANY PAIN whatsoever. Why is that after 5 years of medical advancements am i dealing with an insane amount of discomfort? This is beyond belief. I wish I never got this procedure done or ever went to this clinic. Clinics where you get your turn quick are the ones that dont care about the patient. Doctors are supposed to give you the time you need and build a relationship with you. This place did the EXACT OPPOSITE.

I took my 6 year old in to have a large skin tag removed. I was really hesitant to even make the initial appointment after hearing negative reviews from friends, but Im happy to say that we had a pretty good experience. Dr. Lebouitz and his nurse did a fantastic job of putting my daughter at ease and entertaining my other children who had come along. My only complaint is that we waited an hour before we got to see him, but it is what it is. The staff was friendly and helpful as well. I plan on making myself an appointment in the near future.

Outstanding. Every time I go, Im in and out. I have psoriasis and psoriatic arthritis and after 3 years of trying with other doctors I was referred to Dr Lebowitz. I was 18 when he diagnosed me, Im 32 now. Best doctor and staff I have ever dealt with. Btw Im 100% psoriasis clear.

My experience has been extremely poor with this practice. The appointment secretary was extremely rude to me. I will NOT be going back. This means I have to drive to Hershey, but not having to deal with this woman at this practice will be worth it.
