I have much to say but if you are considering this place, particularly if you actually do have chronic health conditions, it may be worth your read. Sarah Frattali is an excellent doctor, one of the best ive ever seen. She cares, she works hard, shes personable, and just a lovely doctor to experience dealing with. I regret that I cant see her anymore. However, the rest of the doctors at this place are sorely lacking. Rocha, the former namesake of the office, has a good heart and cares about his patients but sometimes gets a little behind the times in diagnosis. The younger doctors there appear unhappy to be there, and WILL take it out on you. Sometimes, they will take entire shifts worth of aggression out on an unsuspecting patient, because its easier to attack someone who has no power and is forced to grovel to you to get their medicine than it is to have a spine and stand up to whatever powerful entity is bothering you. The young ones tend to be hyper vigilant as well. Especially if you have any marks on your record. Experiences I have had include: -At 19 after much wrestling with the concept, I finally decided that I needed to see a professional about depression. For most people its very hard to admit something is wrong, and accept taking psychiatric meds. The doctor I saw told me that I wasnt depressed, just had a "bad attitude." 10 years later im still fighting depression. -Asked for a uric acid test for symptoms that could not be catagorized. Very easy test, cheap and quick. Doctor would not write it, didnt believe it could be that. 2 years, two semesters of college I had to withdraw from early due to internal pain, thousands of dollars, scans, endoscopy and multiple specialists later, it was found to be uric acid. -Scheduled an appointment to ask for a kidney function test. The doctor then decided to attack me about unrelated matters. Nothing about prescriptions was even brought up by me during the visit, but she refused to write a prescription for blood work for me. I had to sit down with the front office managers and discuss how this womans behavior was so unprofessional, aggressive, unprovoked and unnecessary. Are a bi-annual kidney function levels test really something that should be denied to a patient for any reason? So yeah, if youre going here, see Frattali or just dont go. Your health is worth it to wait for her, or go to an urgent care if youre sick. They are disorganized, rude, understaffed, unprofessional and lack general knowledge about things. Especially avoid their female physicians, young or old, as other than Frattali(can you tell I really think highly of her?) most of them tend to have severe problems with their predetermined biases against patients. Most of the time if they dont know something, they will throw pills at the problem until it goes away, or the patient is too high to complain about anything. Use this knowledge to your advantage if youre that type, everyone else going there is but just not saying it out loud. Full disclosure: I was asked not to return to receive care at this practice due to them writing a prescription wrong and then refusing to acknowledge it. I had been only using them as a refill service, and been going to better doctors for any actual medical needs, so I was able to quickly replace them, and am rather pleased with having done so. However I assure you everything I have said in this review is accurate to the very best of my knowledge, and would have been the same regardless of that incident. Unconfirmed: have heard from former staff (A girl who stole money from me to buy drugs while pregnant, no less) that the office is under investigation by the DEA. Cannot confirm, but from my experience, cannot reasonably say that its not real either.

Ive been going to this group of physicians for the past 5 years. Ive had problems with the nursing staff refilling prescriptions late consistently since I became a patient here, but stayed because I liked Cindy Davis and Dr. Rocha so much. A day ago I was assaulted by the Carroll County Sheriffs Dept in my own home. I just left their office with numberous visible bruises and contusions to my arms, legs, hands, feet, neck, face and head, but the moment I told Dr. Rocha that the POLICE had done these things to me, he shut down and refused to even examine me. To add to it, he also took me off of one prescription completely and cut another one in HALF, BOTH being the types of Rxs that you CANNOT safely stop taking abruptly! So, not only can I no longer feel safe in my OWN home or even as a resident of this county for fear of our own law enforcement officers, I no longer feel that I am being treated safely, fairly, OR ethically by my own physician because of such harsh judgements made towards the medications that THEY initiated as a part of my treatment. This is not ethical medical practice and Im EXTREMELY ashamed of Dr. Rocha right now. He has ALWAYS been a top notch doctor and I loved him up until just a few moments ago! I DO NOT recommend this office! They will start you on medications that you WILL withdrawal from if not tapered off Id properly and then after 5 years of being on those medications just abruptly take you off of them WITHOUT even a taper, which is highly dangerous.

I saw Dr. Booth, who isnt my regular doctor but who was available at the time, for an upper respiratory infection which I get a few times a year. I always need a round of antibiotics and sometimes two. This is a new office to me as I moved to this county recently. My old doctor would always write the antibiotic and sometimes would even phone it on to my pharmacy without seeing me if she had seen me recently because she knew my history. This place you never see the same person and its clear they know nothing about you. I told Dr. Booth that I had an uri and needed the antibiotic and some of my history of having this a few times a year. He told me it was a virus and to let it run its coarse for seven days and come back if it doesnt clear up. Who has seven days to be sick?! I almost had to argue with him to tell him Ive been through this multiple times and need the antibiotic. Who wants to come back in seven days because you didnt fix the problem the first time?! I left that day without a prescription and had to end up going to the urgent care! Its sad the low amount of people who actually have internists to begin with but when they do nothing for you its clear why people dont bother seeing their pcp first.

This doctor is horrible. You never see the same doctor when you go in to be seen. I can here today due to a serve sinus infection and saw Cindy Davis. I explained to them that the pain in my ear Had become severe and i was also having chest pain to the point where I could not sleep at night. I was told my chest pain was due to reflux and to take nyquil. I have never had any type of doctor tell me to do this. This is horrible treatment to give to your patients. I am now left without any answers.

This is one of the very worst doctors offices I have ever been to!! They are trying to upcharge my husband and I!! BEWARE!!! Look at your medical bill!! Office staff and Office manager are very rude. When I went for my first appointment the office staff had patient files open at check in desk. When I left my appointment I heard the doctors talking badly about the patients they had. I felt very uncomfortable. My family will never going back there!! Please help me find a good doctor!!!
