I beleive this practise need to be reported to medical board. Me and my husband went there for a yearly physical. We were done quickly as we both are healthy and fit. I have a thyroid problem since last 10 years. Our old physician would ask me to do blood test every six month to just moniter the thyroid levels and if needed let us know if the medicine dose need to be adjusted. We never had to visit doctor for this as it does not require the doctor to see us again and again in same year. But Dr. Nguyen told us that she cannot write us prescription to have thyroid level tested unless we see her. I requested to get the blood test happen before we come so that we know why are we coming. She insisted that she wont give any presciption without seeing us. So now I need to spend $150 to see her in same year. I am not sure what she is checking. Then we will do blood test and possibly again go to her to discuss the report, as needed. What makes this worse is that she is a friend of our another doctor friend. At last I give her a benefit of doubt as all the above was talked with her receptionist who was very very rude and would not let us talk to the doctor or even double check with her our concerns/requests. Even if she calls us after reading this review, we will not be able to trust this practise for future needs.

Ive been a patient here for about 3 years now since Ive moved from the Philadephia area. Dr. Nguyen and her staff have always taken care of all my needs. Down to earth, and everything is explained very clearly. Never had an issue in all my time coming here.
