To the person, this is most efficient medical staff--friendly, accommodating and patient focused. Dr. Robert Moss has been my family"s PCP since he first began his practice and he is an excellent diagnostician, genuinely invested in the physical and emotional care of his patients, as are all the physicians and NPs and PAs in that practice. There is a supportive team atmosphere in the office and, unlike so many negative stories you hear about depersonalization and lack of time with regard to health care, you consistently feel like you are one of the family. On a five star scale, this group gets a TEN!

We arrived 12:45p.m. checked in for a 1p.m. appointment were not seen until 1:50 p.m.. When called the nurse never introduced herself. Stood in front of me with her butt in my Face never said excuse me. Very rude and to the point. First time ever dealing with them, my fiance has dealt with them before for years. I would never deal with this office for myself or recommend this center to anyone.After the waiting room wait and the nurse of no manners we were placed in the back waiting room for 25 min.. Never fussy never did we act rude, very patient. Just thinking they need to re train the staff.

Has been my PCP for over 20 years. Gone down hill lately and now more of a how much money can we get out of you office. This has greatly decreased the care they privide. Time with Doctor is usually about 5 minutes. To get any type of results from a test, they want you to make an appointment to charge for another visit, and will not return calls to discuss your results. I will be changing PCP once I research other options in area
