It has become quite frustrating dealing with the practice. Now when you call you are told to go to the portal for everything. They fail to schedule referrals unless you get to the point of harassing. I was told at one point to look in a phone book or Pinnacles website for the specialist type I was instructed to see by their doctor and to just make my appointment on my own. One of my primary irritations is they are my primary care doctor but you can never get an appointment so they refer you to their urgent care/walk in clinics which I have to pay a higher fee. The other great irritation is they advertise their hours on the doors, which reflect evening and Saturday hours, but if you are lucky and can get an appointment scheduled but it is during the evening or Saturday hours you receive a separate bill in the mail for after hours visit. The bill is $10 - $15 Why isnt it disclosed to you when you call and make an appointment that you will be receiving a separate bill and what the cost will be. The billing is becoming very deceiving. The worse part is the staff cant tell you what is the mysterious cut off time for after hours billing. How is it after hours when their door advertises the hours. If they are contracted to see you under your insurance plan then how can they bill more for service? Make sure you ask questions on their costs, billings etc. We left there one other time because we followed a doctor to a new practice. We returned for the convenience and evening hours. We are considering our options now because the poor service and deceitful billing is just getting to be too much irritation to continue to ignore. Be very cautious and ask questions!

Extremely unprofessional front desk staff, no regard for privacy. Lady asked me what medication I was on (despite it already being in my records), I told her, and she repeated it, very loudly, basically announcing it to a half dozen people in the waiting area. It was extremely embarrassing. Also, when you pick up prescriptions, they have you sign a paper, and the paper has the names of other people and the medications theyre taking. No regard for privacy. One day I was trying to check in and I stood there waiting for over 5 minutes without anyone so much as acknowledging me, despite at least 2 of them looking over and seeing me. I was the only person in line. One of the nurses came out, saw me there, and asked if I was being helped, and had to get on the front desk people about it. There menu options for there phone system when you call in are terrible, too. They used to have a 1 minute long message you had to listen to every time before you could even hear the options, which they finally got rid of, so thats at least good, but the new options, especially for prescription refills, are misleading and inaccurate. The doctor I see is fine, but I just cant get over how incredibly poor the front desk staff is, and the lack of privacy.

I was sent a letter from a lawyer for a payment that I was told over and over by the doctor had been taken care of, and not to worry about it, after receiving bills for it in the mail, anyway. I am so livid right now, and of course, every time I call, whether to make an inquiry about it, or schedule an appointment for something, no one picks up. I finally get through to make an appointment, and its canceled with no offer to reschedule. I am at my limit, with this place.

The doctor I saw was great, but she left the practice. I had several instances of extremely poor service with the front office staff though. I switched doctors to a local doctor with no affiliation to the major health care providers and u couldnt be happier.

Never called me back when I tried to schedule an appointment for illness.
