Before I Go on my Rant about how Rude, Obnoxious & Unprofessional the Billing Department was towards me on my last visit subsequently Terminating my Relationship with White Rose Family Practice I want to Praise Juliann Pandlelidis for her Service along with her Husband Steven who is a Miracle Worker in the Well Span Network who has Treated my Wife with Respect & has provided an Invaluable Service to Us. Honestly I was refereed to White Rose Family Practice by Dr Steven Pandlelidis but as of 7/31/17 Im No Longer a Patient. I forwarded my concerns to the Business Manage Mrs Whitney about the Repulsive Actions of the Female Billing Clerk who made me a Target of her Slanderous Humor all the While Laughing with Co Workers spewing statements like "He just didnt want to Pay his Bill". All this & than some while I listened in the Waiting Room with several other Patients. I was extremely embarrassed by her accusations painting me as some sort of Crook. It amazes me that this Dysfunctional Hired Help from God Knows where seemingly Knows Who I am & my Financial Responsibilities. I must say I shouldve seen it coming based on some of the reviews seen here on Google. I will forward this Review to Yelp as well to communicate the Unprofessionalism being conducted in the Billing Department in the same Building. In Hindsight the Services provided to me by the Doctors with PROFESSIONALISM were aspected via my References but if the Upper Management always our Wonderful Experience to be reciprocated into a Nightmare Ill make no attempts to patronize this Establishment anymore. Though there are many wonderful physicians at White Rose Family Practice (Dr. Kepner, Dr. Mills, Dr. Mann), there are also employees who I feel are just not suited to be caring for patients. When my primary doctor was not available, I saw Joanne Richard on three occasions and have literally started telling the staff when I call that I will not see her, even if it means waiting another week. I dont feel that she genuinely listened or cared about my concerns and she brushed off actual problems that became larger problems after she did not treat the issue. I am grateful that Dr. Kepner now has more hours and availability so that I am able to see her every time I go in. She has always been consistent in her attentiveness, genuine interest and supportive nature. I would recommend this doctors office as long as you have the opportunity to choose one of the doctors who actually cares. Also, a huge shout out to my favorite nurses, Ann Marie & Jeannie. They take the time to interact with my children even when they arent assigned to see us and they always have great big smiles on their faces. Love you, Ann Marie & Jeannie =)

I have been using this practice for years, and I"ve been fine with the treatment Ive received, but the front office is a mess. For some time now attempts at calling this office have been infuriating. Im looking for a new provider, and potential new patients might consider whether effective and professional communication is something they value in a primary care provider.

My Family and me are Patients for almost a year and we are very happy with this Practice. Youll get a same day appointment and I never had to wait longer than 5 min. The doctors are very nice and caring. I do not have as good as experience with the staff like the other people on this site. They are not always friendly to me, but I dont really care so much about that.

seven months ago i was miss diagnosed and wound up in memorial hospital icu with sepsis. this is not a caring practice. why anyone would go there is beyond me. seven months later i receive a letter that they no longer want me as a patient. i am 73 years old and really dont need this type of treatment, they screwed up, i didnt...stay away

A friend recommended these doctors to me and I have been pretty impressed. The check-out staff was a little rude the first two times I was there, but they have been nothing but nice now. I saw some posts about Joanne RIchard-Pears and only have the best comments to share about her. Shes polite and helpful.

The Drs and staff treat you like a person and not just another number .. i like the idea that i am a person again.. unlike other offices under wellspan health care.. i highly recommend giving them a try.. you will be amazed at their compassion and care

I have been going here for 4 years. Joann Richard Pears is amazing. When my 2.5 year old was born i brought her here to see Joann. I have no complaints. Joann has been a fabulous PA to our family and Ive recommended many to her.

While the doctors and staff are good, their wait times and scheduling is a total mess. If you have an appointment scheduled for 4, dont expect to even see a doctor until 4:45 at the earliest. They are never on time.
