First off, let me just say that the office manager here (whos name unfortunately seems to have slipped my mind right now) is excellent - polite but stern, knowledgeable but not stuck up...I could go on for a while but, suffice it to say, she is great for the job and the rest of the staff is almost always very welcoming and genuinely loving with all pets. Not only am I finally seeing improvement in Vaders (our 12-year-old boxer) condition - something no other vet was able to get us to but, Dr. Carroll and the team actually care and it shows in the way they treat our pets Everytime we come in and the frequency with which they call to check up on us. This is a great place in our experience and is definitely worth a look if youre looking for a caring vet.

They are nice but theres something missing with this company. My cat had an irritation in his paw. They prescribed some ointment and with a cone. The cone was ineffective since he could still reach his paw and it made it worse - and the cone irritated his neck. Their solution: refund the $11 cone and thats it. I would have expected a refund for the entire visit. If anything, this only made the problem bigger.

This is a new Banfield and Ill tell ya what, The staff was amazing from the moment I called to schedule the appointment. Dr.D fully educated me on what was going on with my pet and eased my mind by giving me the answers that other Doctors had not. I will continue to take my little guy into her and I recommend this Banfield to any and all pet lovers!

Would give them zero stars if it was a choice...Paid $300 for nothing !!! Told me my dog was dehydrated when in fact, he needed an emergency surgery or she would die for open pyometra was a waste of money and time !!!! Was very unsatisfied I went to WCA Imperial on Federal Highway they were great I highly recommend to go there instead !!!

I have heard a lot of negative reviews about this chain of veterinary hospitals but I have to say I was very happy with my visit. I brought my cat in when he started to feel unwell. They were able to quickly diagnose the problem and prescribe a treatment. Thankyou!

Dr D is Lolas vet, she is very caring. All of the staff are nice and they keep the place neat and clean. Vanessa at front desk is very nice and always has a smile on her face... perfect customer service.

Very nice staff and Doc. They let me know how much things would be up front before doing the procedure. $42/visit. That was also known up front before I went. Coming back.
