So as far as service and my experience with the doct no problem fast and efficient now when it comes the staff itself I have had a couple issues where they have been rude and turned me away in reference to payments that I have been over charged for because of an automatic payment system thats always taking out payment on a different date of service and always inconsistent its very frustrating I end up with over draft fees from my bank I have gone in person and made payments I. Person to make sure Im up to date and there system charges me 2 days later again or a week later its terrible and frankly unorganized

Great staff, friendly service, good prices... but the vet is a b*+@h. Told me my dog is not worth breeding and very low quality. My dog is a 9 month german shepard, too young to tell what the features are going to end up being once she is full grown. I never even mentioned breeding, if we ever breed her it will be for her amazing personality amd to keep this wonderful dog some how in the family... If your going to give me a reason to spay her be for some health concern not because shes poor quality of the breed. I felt very offended and not going back.

Dr. Balko and her team are truly caring and professional. They treat my animals like they would their own. I have been to other places where I feel like they are just "taking my money" but at Faithful Companions I know that I am getting the best care possible by people who truly care about animals! I highly recommend this Animal Clinic. You will be in good hands.
