I cannot praise this office enough! I travel with a dog who has a chronic illness. Because of her illness and our traveling, I have had veterinary care in 6 different offices within the past 3 years. While spending the winter in Palm Bay, my dog needed veterinarian care. My daughter who lives in Malabar recommended Malabar Country Vet & Groomer to me. The vets are knowledgeable, and very compassionate. They gave me information about my dogs disease that no other vet had given me. Their staff is equally kind, friendly and very helpful to their patients. Out of the 6 offices we have needed to visit in the past 3 years, I rank Malabar Country Vet & Groomer at the very top.

Wasnt pleased with the greeting from the receptionist she looked at my husband and I as if she saw a ghost. The vet never told me what was wrong with my dog but treated her with antibiotic and completely disfigured her skin. I paid for services and medication that I didnt need because I was never told what was wrong with my dog and nnow Im treating caring for my dog with basic home remedies. I am upset about my dog complete hind disfigured and its going to take months to heal. Dr. Fau was good but not precise with treatment. I dont recommend this place unless you have some knowledge of dog care.

This place is HORRIBLE...they killed my puppy. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any animal. They have no capability or experience for doing any procedure, except maybe a spay or neuter. First of all, they MISDIAGNOSED my puppy on two different occasions. And then second, after she died, they will not even talk to me about anything that occurred to work anything out. They take zero responsibility for anything even after I had to take the puppy to a specialist to get a professional opinion, which I have in black and white. What a TERRIFYING experience.

Dr. Verena Faure is an amazing vet. I have two German shepherds and they always have a positive experience there. We moved here from Boston where my male had a bad experience with the vet and got a bit aggressive. Worried, we put a muzzle on him for his visit with Dr. Faure. She was so patient and took him for a walk to build rapport with him. Ive never seen him so comfortable with a stranger. Dr. Faure always remembers my dogs - which is very impressive! To add icing to the cake, their prices are very affordable! A++ rating from me and my pups!

I just want to say that my animals get great care & that is important, but what is also important is how the vets & staff, on a daily basis, go out of their way to help their clients & the community. Im not sure the public realizes the long hours they put in working to help/save your pet. Thanks to all of you for going above & beyond. Also pricing....I know your philosophy is to make your services as cost effective as you can. That makes a huge difference to your clients. You are appreciated.

Awesome vet! My cat had to have a dental cleaning and extractions done. It was difficult to find a local, affordable vet who would do it because of his age and health problems. Malabar Country Vet took him right in. I was nervous about him going under anesthesia, but they took great care of him, and he came through with flying colors. Hes now home, happy and healthy. I would recommend them to anyone!

Not sure why the people who rated this vet one star were so disgruntled (but hurt and angry doesnt make it right, although I am sorry for their pain), but I know these people and they are the most caring, compassionate folks in the vet business. They will bend over backwards to help. They are VERY affordable and well worth the visit. I love them, and hope you will give them a try.

There for the money. If you care about your pet AVOID and go elsewhere. My story is too sad to tell but they did NOT care about your pets health. I saw them, paid my bill and went to a specialist. Country Vet couldnt be bothered to call the specialist even after I asked them too - simply to explain what they found so my pet could be treated faster. AVOID!

They are all very caring, and I have yet to have a bad experience with them, and have been taking my pets there since they opened. It is such a comfort to have a vet you can trust!
