We brought our family dog, Mac, to this animal hospital after he had just recovered from a scary illness. We were not impressed with his care at our local vet during that illness. So off we went (an hours distance) to Banfield Monaca for Macs continued routine care, specifically, to vet Annie Berner (and their amazing lab facility, just in case we ever needed it!) Banfield did not disappoint. Their loving care of our beloved Mac blew us away, and the staff was completely professional, caring and kind. Later, Mac contracted a terminal illness, and the entire staff there supported us til the end. Amazingly, we received a sympathy card with personal notes written by each staff member after we lost Mac...just another example of what this practice is all about. Thank you, Annie and your amazing staff. Well never forget you♡

I love the staff here so friendly, they have really treated out kitten as if it he was their own. They also have a payment plan which makes it really affordable.

Cat is still very ill. This clinic was remiss in locating the reason. My bill was $317. Again, my cat is still very ill. Will never use them again.
