100% the vet is great! He remembers all his patients, takes his time, and is very understanding. That being said. I left beyond furious at the level of service I got from the "owner" this morning. So long story short(ish) in September my bull mastiff had an ear infection so he was given antibiotics. It went away until a few days ago, so I went back for some more. I asked the vet if theres an ear rinse that he recommends that can keep these infections at bay and he told me to just use the rinse that I got the last time I was there. I told him that I wasnt given a rinse, and come to find out that I was charged for one but was not given it. So the vet told me I needed a different rinse to help with this ear infection. So while explaining everything to the owner I was expecting that the first rinse that I paid for and didnt receive would either be reimbursed to me or credited to my account so I could pay for this rinse. But no. She flat out refused to give me my money back for something I didnt get. But told me she would order more and I could come back yet again and pick it up and have it for future use. Nice eh?! So not only am I FORCED to pay for something my dog does not need, but because they didnt give it to me last time I had to spend another $88 dollars for this visit for the same thing. Its a shame they dont treat their customers as well as they treat the animals. Ill be taking my four dogs elsewhere thank you very much!

Outstanding care of my beloved dog from general care to his ending of life. The staff are efficient, compassionately, and respectful. Holly @check in is a fabulous staff member and person, going above and beyond the call of duty caring for the pets and their owners alike. Service and prices are best in Brevard. I am so thankful to have had them as a source of care for my Lhaso Apso, they care about the pets as well as the owners! Five stars to the whole staff in my book. Go there for best care that IS EASY on the wallet! I love Brevard to animals! I was so happy with the service I went back after gaining composure after loosing my Sweet Benji "The Barking Machine" that I brought all the staff a giant 3 Foot Subway sandwich to enjoy---as my "Thank You to all the caring staff" ! You all have touched my heart with your kindness, and gentle care for my loved one! PS Thank you to the final care technician "Jason" Thank YOU-so much you were fabulous!

The staff here are awesome and the prices cant be beat. You may spend some time waiting but its a walk in clinic, who doesnt wait at a walk in?? They took great care of my baby! Whoever hired the staff here did a great job! The techs and vets work well as a team and clearly love what they do. Theyre Veterinarians are thorough and caring too. However, I would like to say that having worked front desk for over ten years at my job, I can tell that the front desk staff here are greatly under appreciated. They work hard under a lot of pressure and they do a wonderful job, going above and beyond what is required of most front desk staff. I would definitely come back here when my dogs and cats need annual vaccines or medical attention.

Only reason i gave 1 stars was for the customer service...as far as the Vet...he didnt onow what the hell was wrong with my dog at all but told me that...perscribe her 3 full medications instead of half since we didnt know whats wrong ! Didnt do full exam for whats going on with her...i still have a sick dog and out $140!! Very disappointed!!!! So sad for my baby that shes still sick!!

These people are the apex of their profession. They were superb in supporting us during the loss of our baby and showed great class in ending his suffering. I cant even think of a bad thing to say about them but much to say about how they supported us along the way. Dont think twice about trusting them with your best buddy..they will care for them like no one else.

Our 17 year old cat lost its appetite was very lethargic to a point where we were considering bringing her in and not let her suffer. During the visit Dr. gave her a shot and prescribed pills to take home to increase her appetite. It was like a miracle, she started to eat normal, had energy to play with her toys. Best Veterinarian in Melbourne Fl. and affordable.

Friendly staff, awesome vet. Every time we go in no matter for what they are so caring and compassionate. They are by far the best place. They inform you of everything and work with you. The wait times are reasonable. I had been there and there was an emergency where the vet had to do a surgery but he took time time with my baby. Like I said best place.

They claim to be low cost but charge over $100 to neuter a cat. There are much better places out there for affordable veterinary care. The only reason they get 2 stars is because the vet was wonderful with our cat.

Our first visit here today and were very impressed. The front staff was very friendly and made us feel comfortable. The doctor was very good with our puppy. The doc and staff handled him with love. Great place!

Always take my pets here. Its not a long wait the staff is extremely helpful and the medical staff really cares about your fur baby. The prices are at least half of what I would normally pay. Great place.

In preparation for Hurricane Irma I called ahead to check if they have prescription cat food, they confirmed that they had "plenty" but when I arrived they didnt have any. Im extremely upset about this.

They have a great staff and a great doctor. Everyone is very friendly and they get you back pretty quickly especially for a walk in clinic. I would highly recommend bringing your fur babies here.

You get what you pay for. Inexpensive, but the techs seem to know more than the Drs. Basically this place is the VA Hospital for animals.
