This was the single worst experience I have ever had in a dental office, including two root canals and a wisdom tooth extraction! The visit lasted THREE HOURS, and although the receptionist was very polite, nobody made any effort to explain to the room full of customers in the waiting area that there was going to be a delay or why. My sons and I sat for an entire hour before we were even taken to a room, where we sat for an additional thirty minutes before we were taken for x-rays! There were children sitting in the nurses station unsupervised, and many children were asleep in the dental chairs in another room! I was unable to find an employee for several minutes to ask a question after being taken to the dental suite, and when one of my sons had trouble sitting still for his x-rays, it was suggested that I bring him back the next day! In addition to the ridiculously long wait time, one of the employees was extremely inconsiderate and rude when I attempted to ask a question. I would definitely not recommend this location to any person whom I care about, as I have the expectation that people whom I pay for a service will be much more respectful of my time. Nobody should have an experience like this when they are simply trying to provide dental care for their children.

Ive been coming here for 10 years and I never had an experience like this before. I had this done to me many times before and I dont go every 6 months like I should but I never left in pain before I used to love coming here but the lady who did my cleaning this time was too rough. She put so much pressure on the tools that it would slip off of my tooth and hit my gum. I cant feel my front teeth and my gums are having a burning sensation. Then when she was done she had me waiting with suction tool for over 10 mins nobody was telling me what was going on I was in pain and irritated so I got up and walked out. Went to the front desk to give feedback to the manager and a different lady gon come up and tell us she wasnt done with me and telling her manager that the lady just finished 10 mins ago with my cleaning which was a damn lie and she knew it. I was at the desk for almost 10 mins and before that I was sitting in that damn cleaning chair for over 10 mins while shes while of the nurses that would just walk by me and not tell me anything thats going on. This place changed so much I dont know why but its not the same safe place that I used to love coming too and I will never be coming back here again nor my family.

IF I COULD GIVE A 0 I WOULD. We had a mutual patient and their mother requested to have x-rays emailed over a few days before their appointment and was told they would be sent. The day of the appointment, we still didnt have the x-rays, so I called and requested them again one hour and thirty minutes before his appointment and was told they would be sent right over by FELICIA. I called back 30 minutes before the appointment as the x-rays still werent received. I was then told by FELICIA that she checked with her staff and wasnt sure who the mom spoke to, however that she was told she had to come pick them up because they were not capable of emailing x-rays as they dont do digital x-rays. ALL OF THIS WAS A LIE and the mom was furious as his appointment with us had to get pushed back so she could go to the office and retrieve the x-rays after being told they were being sent. Please dont take your children to this unprofessional establishment unless youre alright with receiving garbage service from lazy workers that are incompetent and cant export and attach x-rays to a freaking email!

Horrible horrible horrible! I do not reccomend thus dentist office to anyone with children especially if its their first time. So I took my 2 and 5 year old boys to the dentist and it was my 2 y/o first time so of course he was a little nervous and scared. First the hygienist came over to set everything up then two more plus the doctor came over shortly after. So instantly he starting crying because for one that all had on fast mask and goggles! Once he started crying like any tiddler would do in that case, they proceeded to hold him down! He immediately starting to scurm and fuss even more because instead of them talking to him to calm him down they tried to keep working! Im not a hygienist or anything but I know damn well there is a better way for them to do that! My 5 y/o hygienist was awesome BTW, but after they told me that they couldnt finish my toddlers exam and that they are going to prefer him to a pediatric dentist( which is what I thought they were), Im like OK time to search for another dentist office! So yeah DONT DO IT!

The doctor was great but the office staff was the worst of any public establishment that Ive been to. I had an 8am appointment because I needed my wisdom tooth extracted. When I arrived (15 minutes before my appt as I was instructed) the lights were off and the staff was still arriving. They didnt have me waiting too long, maybe 20-30 before the doc was able to see me. She prescibed me antibiotics and pain killers and referred me to an oral surgeon as expected and was very friendly. The office staff informed me that they only do electronic prescription and that it can take up to 4 hours but it never does... Fast forward, 5 hours later and after being in hold for more than 15 minutes on 3 separate occasions... The office manager reiterates that they told me 4 hours and now they say to call back after 3 pm. All I want is my meds on paper or something that was the whole purpose of having a 8 am appt and at this point Im almost tempted to just see another dentist to get some meds for the pain that Im experiencing!!! Never going back!

If you love your child you will not bring them to this dentist office. Completely unprofessional I had the concerns of my child being scared of the dentist. The first option was a child-size Silence of the Lambs straitjacket board. I I felt uneasy with that so I told the doctor I will decline that offer. The doctor then told me they would need four to five people to hold my 5 year-old 32 pound girl down still. So I did not want a lot of people in the room holding her down. Because I thought this would heighten the fear of the dentist. I recanted my reply and said yes to the board only if I could hold my child. A lie directly to me and said yes I could and once they gave her the numbing shot I was told I could not touch her. They lied to my face to get my child on that board when I had concerns about it the whole time. If you want people to lie to your face about your child take them to this dentist office
