Had the weirdest experience on my second visit for a deep cleaning. Never have I experienced such pressure to purchase in upgrade in my life! They wanted to upgrade me to a different numbing medication which did not require needles (I guess, they failed to explain it other than it would "hurt less"). At first I kindly refused as I had done the previous visit, but they continued to pressure-sell me to the point when I stopped them and said "FINE! If its that serious, Ill do it, but stop with the pressure!" When I proceeded to ask more questions (I am a physician and understand these things) - they didnt have good answers and stated that it might be better, might not! The real insult was when I changed my mind due to the lack of answers, the Dentist proceeded to inject me more times than previously and throughout the entire process were teasing/taunting "DOes it hurt yet? OOh the pain? Etc" Rubbing in the fact that I went with the alternative (Tried and true) method and taunting me that it would hurt! I HONESTLY FEEL AS THOUGH SHE PURPOSELY STUCK ME EXTRA TO INDUCE PAIN!!! Unacceptable behavior for any healthcare office, especially if this is the way they treated someone familiar with healthcare! Beautiful office, seemingly friendly staff, BUT WATCH FOR THE UPSELL! I wont be back.

Town Dentistry is a beautiful facility with a comfortable waiting area and great music playing that is relaxing to start off. The front office staff was welcoming and got me checked in right away. I had minimal waiting time. Sasha did an excellent job of cleaning my teeth and explaining some of my options for xrays because I am self-pay and wanted the imaging but in the most affordable way. Dr. Thompson was very professional and gentle. She did a thorough inspection following my cleaning and educated me on a spot that we will be watching. I felt no pressure to buy extra services, and I still felt that I was getting thorough care. I am so thankful that I found Town Dentistry, and I am willing to make the drive from Roswell again to see the folks at this office.

Super clean and modern facility located in Town Brookhaven. Make sure you dont try to enter through the first level :) Go to the stairs on the left side and you will find the entrance on the second level. Location is fantastic- great for walking around/shopping post visit. Upon arrival I was greeted warmly by several staff- everyone was really friendly! I went for a standard cleaning and left feeling great. At previous dentist visits I used to leave feeling like my gums hurt so bad but not here. I didnt have any major work done but would trust their knowledge completely if anything came up in the future. Would highly recommend! By far the best dental office Ive been to.

Beautiful office with excellent staff trained in the most up-to-date dental technologies. I visited them after trying another well-known Buckhead dentist group who stated I had 4 cavities that would cost $2000+ to fix. I wanted a second opinion as I was not experiencing any discomfort and was in for a routine cleaning, so I waited several months and then went to Town Dentistry. They did a thorough exam with x-rays and a great cleaning and found no cavities at all. Cavities dont disappear. I was so happy to find an honest dental practice and wont go anywhere else! I highly recommend them!

Town Dentistry is a great practice. I came here for a 2nd opinion consultation after another practice quoted me thousands of dollars worth of dental work (I get regular teeth cleanings and had never been told I had any issues). Dr. Thompson was thorough during this consultation, and I trusted her opinion and explanations (ended up being only one cavity). She was very gentle during the filling, making sure I was comfortable throughout the procedure. The dental assistants were very nice and professional, and the facilities are great.

Ok, so who likes to go to the Dentist? Yea, lets not all raise our hands at once. I must say, the experience at Town Dentistry has been the best Ive ever received. First kudos to a great staff who is always helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. My dental hygienist is the best, she always makes sure that my visit is comfortable. Their website was the most impressive I found and when I visited the office for a firsthand view I was convinced Id come to the right place. Ive been seeing Dr Bussey for over a year now. She is a great dentist who always takes time to explain everything and answers all my questions. I love they seem to have the latest technology including monitors where I can see images of what shes describing. The office is in a great location and is always very clean. I would definitely recommend her to friends and family.

The office is absolutely stunning - very modern with exquisite amenities. It is also conveniently located in Town Brookhaven. Both Dentists, Dr. Thompson and Dr. Bussey, were wonderful and I look forward to going back.

This place is a scam. Got a deep cleaning and a year later still charged for "exams" when all I wanted was a regular cleaning. Needless to say had to pay out of pocket expenses. My previous dentist said I shouldnt have to do this. Glad my new dentist in raleigh doesnt nickel and dime me like this place. Buyer beware

Office is very clean and beautiful without being flashy. Dr. Bussey has all of the newest technologies available and cares for each and every patient. This is small town, intimate dental care in the heart of Brookhaven. Cannot stress enough how friendly and welcoming this office is.

I absolutely love Dr. Busseys practice. Everyone is so friendly and they do an amazing job. The office is clean and comfortable and conveniently located in Brookhaven. I had 3 fillings replaced by Dr. Bussey and everything turned out great.
