my mom stopped going to this dental office because the dentists werent really friendly, which is true because the only thing the dentist ever said to me was hi. the hygienist was personable as well as most of the staff, however i quit going when the newly-graduated dentist told me that i had a cavity. i decided to get a second opinion at my sisters dentist and the experienced professional told me that i didnt have any cavities and that the other dentist was most likely confused about the natural indention in my molar. nevertheless, i called donerlson and mcCullough to complain and they never apologized. i vowed never to go back to them again because that sort of mistake is inexcusable.

If you are looking for a decent family dentist or just a personal deist for yourself, I ABSOLUTELY do not recommend this place for the following reasons: * Unfriendly and rude staff especially the person who is in charge of the billing. She will never be friendly with you when you ask her any type of billing related or insurance related questions. Whatever they say you gotta pay you just need to pay and get out. They seem very annoyed with any questions people might have with their invoice or insurance. * Unavailability of doctors: multiple doctors might work on your teeth due to unavailability of doctor. * For you to have medical records, they demand you to pay extra $20.

Is there a way to give negative stars? The wait time is far too long. even after changing my appointment once and having to rearrange my day to make the appointment they had me wait over 30 minutes with no check in. I guess this place doesnt care about customer service. Attention people, you are not doing me a favor, I am paying you. Will never be going there again.

The Team here very Awesome....I love everything about the Dentist Office and Tina is my favorite girl. The Staff makes me feel right at home at no cost have I had a bad visit. With that being said I would recommend that anyone that need services definitely stop by!! Always save the best for last the Head Doctor here aww man she is super Wonderful!!

Ive always been afraid to come to dentist, but the ladies at this dental office made me feel extremely comfortable & very informative on what I should and shouldnt do when it comes to oral hygiene. I would recommend them!

Front desk person is very ghetto when answering the phone. I call to set an appointment she answered by saying holdown. Then place me on hold. I was not greeted properly before I was placed on hold.. Bad service.

I have been going to this dentist for 2 years. I have had no problems. I am a member of the military. Very simple to make appts. No co-pays, Great and close to work. I am happy with their services.
