While the office is decently kept and the hygienist and dentists are well trained and professional, the scheduling and business model is a wreck. Though the idea of scheduling multiple patients in one large area and "McDonalizing" the dental experience may be acceptable to some, in adopting this style of business a personal aspect is lost. Subsequently, the patients information becomes a matter of public scrutiny, as others are in such close quarters that they are privy to all treatment concerns. In addition, some front office personnel lack customer service friendliness. Customers, or patients, should be treated with a genuine attitude of courteousness and respect. In particular, on more than one occasion, when I had to reschedule an appointment, I did not appreciate the tone and discontent of the scheduling department. However, the main reason for the 3 star review is due to the aforementioned issue with patient privacy. **Despite what it may seem I am always displeased to leave reviews such as this. I am not difficult to accomodate, but I must say that my family and I are in search of other options. Also, individual experiences are different. Hence, my opinion is just that.

The staff is nice but they do not do their jobs well. They do not do a good job when it comes to brushing teeth, flossing, or filling cavities. The dental hygienists do not take their time when it comes to brushing and your mouth always hurts afterwards. Had a cavity filled here one time and the assistant put something on wrong and when the dentist saw it he told her "its fine just do not do it with someone else". They did not fill my cavity correctly because I later found out that I had to get the tooth pulled because it was rotten since they did not fill it correctly. You can tell them something is wrong and they just ignore you. I could not get my tooth filled because they said they would not have another dentist until months later. This is the worst dentist office ever. I recommend Dr. Feldman on Upper Riverdale Rd.

the Jonesboro location is a blessing to walk into. I LOVE TO VISIT THIS OFFICE. My family and I have been to 3 different location and not one of them was homey like the one in Jonesboro.my kids love to go there. The whole team is just wonderful. Ever time I leave, I wish I could call their corp. office and ask them to give JONESBOROS TEAM a raise, they deserve one maybe two raises. We are luck to have a team thats so dedicated to their patience and parents. TEAM JONESBORO WE LOVE YOU GUYS.

Besides being called multiple times about my change in insurance( when I already gave it to them), They do not seem very organized. And if your insurance doesnt cover the amount I feel you should tell the patient before their procedure. Not when they already left. Never going back. The one in McDonough is so much better.

My son had a tooth extraction, and they made sure he was comfortable. I definitely recommend this place, but be aware that they are very busy most of the time.
