Coast Dental is a shady operation that fool people with fake reviews. Thats how I got reeled in. Dr. Katz is not friendly at all and he did a botched job on my mouth using up my insurance money. Dee is violent she is not this very caring and attentive person as she is portrayed to be, In some of those fake reviews. Furthermore, they take your money and screw up your mouth. And outright refuse to give you a refund for your money, but they charged you for a service you did not want. Dr. Katz extracted teeth out of my mouth he did not supposed to. BEWARE THIS PLACE IS DANGEROUS AND DOES SHADY DEALINGS. They are out to rob you of your money and insurance, and do bad things to your mouth. The times I were going to Coast Dental I never seen more than one person in the waiting area, that shouldve been a red flag. Dont be misguided by some of those reviews, because that is what got me caught in their web of deceit. Please do EXTENSIVE research about Coast Dental before using them, and you will find out all the unpleasant things them. I wish I wouldve researched deeper, instead of judging them by all of those six star reviews. Which I believe some are fake. Especially since my experience with the company has proved to be inconsistent with the six star reviews.. Additionally, Coast Dental promised me my refund six months ago. Today I am still waiting every time I call, they claim theyve sent it , but I havent received any money. ITS TIME TO GO TO COURT...STAY AWAY FROM THIS SHADY PLACE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This office is the worst place I have ever been to. First off, the staff is completely awful, especially one staff member in particular, "Dee". It did not feel welcoming in the office, and the staff was not pleasant at all... they take your insurance, and then proceed to give you a "plan" of everything you might need done... the problem is, they would not JUST give me a teeth cleaning that my insurance would pay for, they said I have to have a deep cleaning that cost me over 300 dollars, or no cleaning at all..... needless to say, I STILL had to pay the office for panoramic x rays that were not covered by insurance, and get a copy of all x rays, (which by the way took them 45 minutes to print my xrays, and made me late to my new scheduled dental appointment) then take them with me to the dentist down the street, Abner Moore..... I will never be returning to this office and I will tell everyone I know to never come here for dental work... they are not friendly, and only care about charging you and making extra money. DO NOT COME HERE

I called this place 23 times Friday morning because i had a tooth ache and my face was swelling and their website states they have emergency dentists and got no answer. I caught an uber to see an emergency dentist and was told by the receptionist that no dentist are there on Fridays and I could come back Monday. I was in too much pain so I walked 12 minutes to the next dentist office Abner G Moore DDS and was told I had to get 3 teeth pulled which they did that day. If Coast dental doesnt have dentists on Friday why be open.

Spoke to the manager Dee this morning to ask for a cleaning of my child teeth and she was so EXTREMELY rude. I understand what protocol is but if i am asking a question, at some point she needs to listen and not speak, to understand what someone is asking. If you can get past getting none of your questions answered then she would be the one to speak too. She is very unprofessional and and unbecoming of a manager.

OMG!!! They were so helpful! I had terrible dentist insurance and they helped me find a better insurance company to get my price done to half of what I wouldve been paying! Im so grateful for them and their amazing staff(Ms.ann, ms.Stephanie, ms.felicia & ms.Dee) Im recommending this phenomenal dentist office to EVERYONE! The staff took great care of me as usual, especially Ann and Dee who are always awesome with great customer service.They always make me feel like a family member instead of a patient. Kira the Pcc was awesome as well,very knowledgable . I would definitely recommend this location to anyone whos looking for great dental care and awesome customer service.
