I highly recommend Dr. Shelly Mixson and her dental team. My husband and I have been patients of Dr. Mixson for the past five years. Dr. Mixon is very professional and has a wonderful rapport with her patients. On my most recent cleaning my teeth were very stained from tea and other foods. Dr. Mixson and her team did a great job cleaning my teeth and now I’m trying to drink less tea to keep my teeth as clean and white as they looked when I left her office! In the past when I had a cavity or a chipped tooth, I was very nervous about getting it fixed - especially the novacaine part. Dr. Mixson has a very calming manner and you barely feel the needle for the novacaine. After that getting your tooth fixed is pretty painless and done very quickly. You will be impressed with how gentle Dr. Mixson does this compared to other dentists you might have gone to in the past. Make your dental appoint with Dr. Mixson today. You will be glad you did!

Dr. Mixson is awesome! I brought my seven year old son to her office for a scheduled cleaning. Dr. Mixson noticed a minor issue with the gums surrounding his front tooth and it required a simple (surgical) procedure. She put my son at ease when it came time to give the anesthetic and he didnt feel a thing!! She took the time to explain everything to us and did a great job. After the numbness wore off, he never complained of pain at all. Her staff is top knotch and always friendly. I would highly recommend Dr. Mixson as your familys dentist!!
