I was referred to Perimeter Pediatric Dentistry by my sons insurance PeachCare/ WellCare. It was his 1st time going to the dentist. I was very happy at the beginning but by the time we left I was so confused. I was asked to wait in the waiting room while they took my son back to clean his teeth. When they did his x-rays they needed me to come back because he wouldnt corporate and they said he had some decay on his teeth. When they finished they sent us back to the waiting room. 5 minutes later they called us back to the reception area where you schedule your next appointment and told me about what was wrong with my kids teeth for everyone to hear. The dental hygienist then told me that my son had 2 cavities that were on his molars that he wouldnt loose till he was 12 so they were going to schedule an appointment to fill them. She asked if we were taken on a tour since it was our 1st time there and I told her that we were not. She showed us 2 rooms and then said she would get the dentist so she could explain what they were going to do to fix his teeth. The dentist came to the reception area again. Not a room. She said about using laughing gas and after they relaxed him I would have to leave. Im sorry Im not leaving my kid. I also NEVER got to see the x-rays. I felt rushed out of there so I took my son for a 2nd opinion. We went to see East Cobb Pediatric Dentistry and I so happy I did because he doesnt have any cavities. They were going to drill my poor babys for no reason at all. I think these people are a joke and need to be reported. They were just trying to bill the system to get some money since my son has state funded insurance. Sorry but next time you could have been more convincing.

I would like to inform all patients that have children coming in for fillings that the doctor is going to pressure you & your child to have laughing gas. One of the side affects of laughing gas that they did not inform me of before my son was pressured to have it is severe Pneumonia. I had to connect the dots myself... I am upset because the doctor convince me that their was no harm in my son gettinf laughing gas. My son has being at the hospital for a week now and thanks to his daycare noticing a fever that spike to a temp of 200. He was shaking and in chills...I wondered what did I do as a parent to cause him this type of problems. I realize after his dentist appointment Saturday he did not have an appetite and I did not think to much of it and Sunday came he kept saying he was cold so i thought it was because of the weather outside. Monday...came and immediately his daycare notice that there was something very wrong with him. I am not saying this dentist office is the worse but be aware & do your own research before your child have a procedure done doctors will tell you anything to make life much easy for them because they lack so much patience with patients. The office is clean, staff are nice, the doctor my son saw that day 04/07/2016 was impatient and immediately demanded laughing gas without being honest of the risks and side effects so that is why I rate them a two...

Today I took my 10-year old autistic daughter who also has a general anxiety disorder for her regular check-up appt and she already went to the dental office with some VERY high anxiety. The staff knew about her issues and immediate brought her back into a separate room. The dental assistant did a great job calming my daughters nerves even letting her hold the little mirror instrument. Then Ms. Emily came in to clean her teeth and showed so much patience with her and just went with the flow and totally made my daughter feel comfortable enough to get her through the entire cleaning, even letting her floss her teeth at the end. When leaving the office my daughter had a big smile on her face and stated that she would love for Ms. Emily to always clean her teeth. Thank you, thank you, thank you! Your patience meant the world to my daughter as well as me! As a parent with a special needs child those moments are very rare and today made my day!

Made my appointment over 1 month in advance for a Saturday, which was today, and I provided my insurance info. Got in the office and they never verified it. My insurance is closed today so I had to pay $60, and wait for insurance reimbursement. I got over that, and 20 minutes after the appointment time were finally called back, only to be told that we have to wait another 20 to 30 minutes if we want to go back with our 4 year old daughter, or she can go by herself. Its my daughters first appointment, and even if it was her 100th appointment, theres no way in hell Im letting her get out of my sight. I got my payment refunded and I left. Id rather spend my money elsewhere.

I took my daughter in to Pediatric Dentistry to have some of her most students born baby teeth pulled. She was terrified, but the staff was so gentle and discrete that her anxiety was really lessened by the time the doctor came to do the procedure. The staff was genuinely concerned with my daughters comfort. And they provided me with an accurate estimate of the charges I would have to pay before the teeth were pulled. I have nothing but praise for the care, professionalism and communication skills shown in this office! Well be back soon.

My daughter was a new patient. I scheduled an appointment via their website and confirmed via the automated text message. The day before the appointment they bombarded me with voicemails advising they were no longer able to honor the scheduled (confirmed) appointment. This left me scrambling to find another pediatric dentist to see my daughter. When I tried to phone back at the number they left in the voicemails, I simply got a recording that said "goodbye" and disconnected my call.

Pediatric Dentistry and Ortho Is an excellent practice. My children wears a Colgate smile because of Dr.Nath and his professional staff. The multiple locations is wonderful because it allows for basically any appointment time you need. No matter the location you still have the same orthodontist team working with your child. I think they are the best place for dentistry and Ortho.

I happened to find your pediatric dental office after leaving the gym one day. I came in and was greeted so nicely and have always had the same service every time. Dr. Nath has always been so sweet to my kids and they have always had a great experience at your office! Our former dentist did not have the nicest staff and I am thankful for finding you that day after the gym!

everything was just awesome. short wait time, we were welcomed followed by a tour of the facility since it was our first ever visit. support staff and doctor explained everything - what was done, what care needs to be taken and also about a follow up check up in future. our little one was very happy after visit. will definitely recommend to friends n families.
