This place is your standard big practice. You might meet some nice people while others seem to be having a terrible day. Most often you meet with the nurse practicioners but very rarely the doctor. My husband is a patient here while i go to a small one doctor practice. His experience is that he only sees his doctor once in a blue moon and for about 3-5 minutes before he is never to be found again while i see my doctor every single time i go and am able to discuss my concerns at length. The tradeoff is my husbands practice shuttles people through while i have longer wait times.

I came to this practice when I was a kid... Now my 2 children are seen by ALL the doctors. They are great... Give me time when needed and get me out when they can Now I also work at a different doctors office I do understand what can happen that makes people wait but we all have to remember that the insurance companys are making thus really hard for the doctors to spend the time they want due to the fact they arent paying anything... Please remember when you schedule a appointment at ANY doctors office there is going to b a wait expect it.. Thank you

Every time I go here I get the run around. The most time you will ever get with a doctor is about 2 minutes and then they are pushing you out the door. You have to go back time and time again before they believe what you are saying and by then you are so sick that its pretty much too late anyway. I have had this experience on several different occasions with completely different doctors and every time they just try to push you off onto someone else. I am finding a new family doctor.

Horrible place. went for shoulder pain, it took six months but no progress. was asked to take sugar test, got it done with lots of difficulty. But could never reach doctor for review. funniest part is no sugar test in this, and a note from the lab saying they are not sure what doctor wants and but no where it is answered. very wrong place

I was in a very deep Pain and they made me wait 3 hours and At the end my brother who has heard condition was very nervous about the situation. So we decided to live and the nice lady on the from desk end up the conversation with a "Oky talky" Very cool. Maybe shopping is a better place for her not helping sick people

Waited for over an hour to get rushed through my appointment. ZERO respect for patients. Even worse, someone arrived without an appointment and was taken back immediately, while two people were waiting to see the doctor. This WAS NOT an emergency. She came out and was chatting with the staff. So unprofessional!!

Ive been going here for a few years for annual check ups and routine medical things. The admin staff and medical staff is very friendly and helpful. I dont wait very long for my appointments and they are very helpful with any health issues, insurance problems and any other administrative matters.

the older woman at front desk is a miserable person and blew me off without taking a minute to ask me what was wrong. I have come here for years now and will never come back. Sick of people being cold because they hate their job.

Because of Dr. Portner fat ass now my father needs a kidney transplant. Always recommend the wrong things & never gave the best advices. The staff are very rude especially towards other race. BE AWARE !

I actually disagree with both comments below. Ive had nothing but the best care. Ive seen a few of the providers there and they are all great! The providers really listen.

Dont ever try amd get lab results done here, youll never get them even though they say theyll contact you with them in 1 to 2 days.
