Normally, I totally understand late policies, I have worked for doctors offices in the past, understand and respect the time for the doctors. I have respected the two other times I hit traffic and came late, and never questioned the policy, even disnt sign in and spoke to the receptionist to reschedule. HOWEVER.. I was on time for my appointment. But two people in front of me hovered the front desk area with questions and I was unable to get to the sign in sheet. Trying not to be rude and being respectful of privacy I waited. Finally I excused myself and please asjed to sign in 5 minutes late (they have a 10 min late policy). It was 10 minutes later when they were finished answering questions with the other people when I was called up to be "checked in" at that point I was deemed late. This is totally unacceptable. Please fix your policy that the sign in sheet means nothing on time. And perhaps have a separate window for people with questions. And the guy who want to drop off brochures and his business card for the doctors taking up the time of people trying to check in on time.

This place needs to take a good long look at itself. I have visited a Doctor here since I moved to PA 5 years ago. They have finally let the lazy receptionists run me to another Doctor. After holding for 10 minutes to make an appointment I told the receptionist I was curious how long I would have to hold. She slammed the phone down in my ear! Too many other Doctors in the area to tolerate this. Call some who cares before wasting your time on this place.

This is a poorly run practice and is a stain of the Main Line health name. I never see the sa ,doctor and never see my "primary care" doctor. Even calling for an appointment - you are left in on hold 10 minutes or more. In person- the staff is eating at the front desk and could care less if you are there. Really poorly run. Find another practice- there are too many around.

I chose this practice out of convenience (it is near my house) and have enjoyed the care I have received there. I have met several of the doctors and appreciated their advice. As a physician with my own office, I think this is a well run practice. I would recommend it.

I am more of a naturalist and would prefer not to be plowed down with irrelevant medications. A doctor should always take the the time to seek first to understand.....
